المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات المالية اليومية بما في ذلك تسجيل المعاملات، تسوية الحسابات، والحفاظ على قيود دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- إعداد ومراجعة البيانات المالية.
- المساعدة في عمليات الإغلاق الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
- دعم أنشطة الميزانية والتوقعات.
- مراقبة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، وضمان إصدار الفواتير والمدفوعات في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم إدارة التدفق النقدي.

- المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق والتحليل المالي حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية وإدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- خبرة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات وتحليل التباين في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة وجداول البيانات (مثل أنظمة ERP، Excel أو أدوات مماثلة).
