Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social channels, ensuring timely and accurate information about Carly’s products and services. The specialist will assist customers throughout the car-buying and selling journey, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking customer interactions, maintaining service records, following up to ensure satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. The role also requires actively gathering customer feedback and contributing to a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with experience handling inquiries across multiple channels.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience through empathetic, solution-oriented communication.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication in spoken and written formats.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Fluency in Arabic; good proficiency in English is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms; prior experience in automotive or online retail is an advantage.
