Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Carly | كارلي is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role provides comprehensive executive administrative assistance, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership with document preparation, presentation materials, and follow-up on key action items. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing correspondence, organizing files, arranging internal and external meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The role also involves handling confidential information with discretion and proactively identifying ways to improve administrative processes and executive support.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative assistance skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Experience with executive support, such as preparing presentations, managing priorities, and handling confidential information.
- Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, high level of reliability, and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role; experience in tech or e-commerce environments is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative setting in Riyadh and supporting cross-functional teams.
