Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, supporting daily operations and team coordination within Carly | كارلي. This role involves overseeing workflow, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that service standards and operational procedures are consistently met. The Assistant Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports decision-making through data analysis, and helps implement process improvements. Daily responsibilities include resolving escalated issues, coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives. The role also contributes to fostering a positive work culture and delivering an excellent experience to customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills to oversee daily operations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving to support informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or automotive industry operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in supervisory or assistant management roles is an advantage.
