فرصة للعمل كمحلل أعمال (Business Analyst) في شركة الاتصالات السعودية (stc) بالرياض. تهدف الوظيفة إلى دعم تنفيذ الأنشطة اليومية والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الإدارة من خلال التحليل وجمع البيانات وإعداد التقارير.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يشغل شاغلو هذه الوظيفة مستوى مسؤولاً عن دعم تنفيذ الأنشطة اليومية ضمن الوظيفة المحددة من خلال المساعدة في جمع البيانات وتحليلها وإعداد التقارير والتنسيق وتحسين العمليات. كما يسهمون في تحقيق أهداف الإدارة من خلال تطبيق التفكير التحليلي والقدرة على حل المشكلات والتعاون، مع تطوير المعرفة المهنية واكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة عمل ديناميكية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تنفيذ الأنشطة اليومية والمهام التشغيلية ضمن الوظيفة المحددة مع الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة.
  • جمع وتنظيم وتحليل المعلومات والبيانات ذات الصلة لدعم القرارات التجارية وتنفيذ المشاريع والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
  • المساعدة في إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية ولوحات المعلومات والوثائق لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
  • التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لجمع المعلومات وفهم المتطلبات ودعم تحقيق الأهداف الوظيفية.
  • المشاركة في المشاريع والمبادرات والأنشطة متعددة الوظائف حسب التكليف، وضمان إنجاز المخرجات في الوقت المحدد.
  • المساهمة في تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية.
  • دعم حل المشكلات الروتينية ورفع الأمور المعقدة عند الحاجة.
  • إجراء الأبحاث ودراسات المقارنة المرجعية لجمع الرؤى وتحديد الاتجاهات ودعم التوصيات التجارية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق ومستودعات معلومات دقيقة.
  • بناء المعرفة بعمليات المنظمة ومنتجاتها وخدماتها وأنظمتها وممارسات القطاع لتعزيز الأداء والتطوير المهني.
  • التعاون بفعالية مع أعضاء الفريق والمساهمة في بيئة عمل إيجابية ومبتكرة وعالية الأداء.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب متطلبات العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة.
  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير.
  • التخصصات المستهدفة: تخصصات تقنية، علوم البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، تخصصات هندسية، إدارة الأعمال، المالية، التسويق.
  • المعدل التراكمي المطلوب: 3.2 من 4 أو 4 من 5.
  • الحصول على إحدى الشهادات التالية: TOEFL iBT: 35-45، IELTS: الحد الأدنى 5.0، STEP: الحد الأدنى 85.

Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for supporting the execution of day-to-day activities within the assigned function by assisting in data gathering, analysis, reporting, coordination, and process improvement activities. Contribute to achieving departmental objectives through applying analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and collaboration while developing professional knowledge and gaining practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the execution of day-to-day activities and operational tasks within the assigned function while adhering to established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze relevant information and data to support business decisions, project execution, and operational requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect information, understand requirements, and support the delivery of functional objectives.
  • Participate in projects, initiatives, and cross-functional activities as assigned, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support the resolution of routine issues and escalate complex matters when required.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking activities to gather insights, identify trends, and support business recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and relevant information repositories.
  • Build knowledge of the organization's operations, products, services, systems, and industry practices to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, innovative, and high-performing work environment.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned in line with business requirements.
