تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع من خلال تنظيم جميع الجوانب والإشراف عليها لضمان تحقيق أهدافها ضمن الوقت المحدد وباستخدام الموارد المتاحة وفقاً لأهداف المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد أهداف البرنامج التي سيتم تقييم البرنامج وقبوله بناءً عليها.
- تطوير خطة شاملة لتنفيذ المشاريع لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
- تقدير وإعداد ميزانيات البرنامج بناءً على نطاق المشروع وتتبع جميع التكاليف لضمان التغطية المناسبة للميزانية.
- مراقبة الميزانية وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة في حال حدوث أي تغييرات في المشروع.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر وحل المشكلات لضمان تسليم البرنامج بنجاح.
- استخدام منهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع لتتبع معالم البرنامج والتسليمات والتبعيات.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة للبرنامج بما في ذلك تحليل المخاطر وتخصيص الموارد وتطوير الجدول الزمني.
- إنشاء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين بما في ذلك المديرين التنفيذيين ورؤساء الأقسام وأعضاء فريق المشروع.
- التعاون الوثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لجمع المتطلبات وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة للمشروع ومعالجة المخاوف أو المشكلات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية، ودرجة الماجستير في نفس المجال تعتبر إضافة.
- أكثر من 4 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في صناعة ذات صلة.

- Program Planning & Budgeting
- Identify the Program Objectives in which the Program will be Evaluated and Accepted.
- Develop a comprehensive plan for projects execution to achieve the defined objectives.
- Estimate and prepare the program budgets based on the scope of project and track all costs to ensure proper budget coverage.
- Monitor the budget and make necessary adjustments in case of any changes in the project.
- Program delivery & Control
- Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Conduct thorough program assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and timeline development
- Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project team members.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and address concerns or issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Program Evaluation and Reporting:
- Conduct program evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive program reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or MIS, Master’s Degree in Information Technology or MIS is plus
- 4+ Years of relevant experience in a related industry
