المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق ومراقبة حركة الشحنات من نقطة المنشأ إلى الوجهة، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات العملاء.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للشحنات والتسليمات ومستويات المخزون.
- التعاون مع موظفي المستودعات ومزودي خدمات النقل لجدولة عمليات الاستلام والتسليم بكفاءة.
- التواصل الاستباقي مع العملاء بشأن حالة الشحنات أو التأخير أو المشكلات، وتقديم تحديثات وحلول في الوقت المناسب.
- تحليل البيانات اللوجستية لتحديد مجالات تحسين العمليات وخفض التكاليف.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية في جميع الأنشطة اللوجستية.

Responsibilities
