About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all aircraft comply with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Valid certification and licenses from relevant aviation authorities, such as GACA or EASA.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably within a commercial airline or MRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Excellent understanding of safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, and repairs on various aircraft types to ensure operational readiness and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize aircraft downtime.
• Document maintenance activities accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and operational staff to coordinate maintenance schedules and activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards, technical manuals, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in audits, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance quality and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments, technical procedures, and regulatory changes through ongoing training and professional development.
