تسعى شركة SEGULA Technologies، الرائدة عالميًا في مجال الهندسة، إلى توظيف مهندس معدات (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في قطاع كبس السيارات (Automotive Stamping) في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية (KAEC)، مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيعمل المهندس على دعم موثوقية المعدات والأتمتة وتحسين الأداء المستمر ضمن بيئة كبس السيارات، بالتعاون الوثيق مع فرق الصيانة والهندسة الصناعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحسين معدات الكبس باستخدام أنظمة Siemens PLC بما في ذلك Step7 و TIA Portal.
- إعداد المراجع الجديدة على خطوط الإنتاج.
- العمل مع أنظمة WinCC HMI/SCADA للمراقبة والتشخيص وتحسين واجهات التشغيل.
- قيادة مبادرات تحسين المعدات التي تركز على تقليل زمن الدورة وزيادة الموثوقية واستقرار العملية.
- تحليل أداء الماكينات وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean) لتحسين صحة المعدات وإنتاجيتها.
- التعاون مع فرق الصيانة لحل المشكلات المعقدة المتعلقة بالكهرباء والإلكترونيات والأتمتة والتحكم.
- العمل الوثيق مع فريق الهندسة الصناعية لمواءمة قدرات المعدات مع متطلبات الإنتاج وأهداف الجودة.
- استكشاف وتحسين الأنظمة التي تشمل المحركات ومحركات التردد المتغير (VFDs) ومشغلات البدء الناعم وأجهزة الاستشعار وأجهزة التحكم الصناعية.
- دعم المعدات التي تتضمن أنظمة هيدروليكية وهوائية وميكانيكية.
- المشاركة في ترقيات المعدات وتعديلاتها ودمج المعدات الجديدة.
- دعم واستكشاف الأخطاء في الروبوتات الصناعية وخاصة روبوتات KUKA.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية (إلزامي).
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الميكاترونكس أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الأتمتة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال صناعة السيارات.
- خبرة عملية مع Siemens PLC بما في ذلك Step7 و TIA Portal.
- خبرة مع أنظمة WinCC HMI/SCADA.
- خلفية قوية في الإلكترونيات والأنظمة الكهربائية والتحكم الصناعي.
- معرفة بالمحركات ومحركات التردد المتغير (VFDs) ومشغلات البدء الناعم وأجهزة الاستشعار والمكونات الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- فهم الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية والميكانيكية.
- خبرة في عمليات كبس السيارات بما في ذلك المكابس وأنظمة النقل والمغذيات أو المعدات المماثلة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية والميكانيكية ومخططات التحكم.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة مع روبوتات KUKA بما في ذلك التشغيل أو البرمجة أو استكشاف الأخطاء (مفضلة).

The Equipment Engineer will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and improving automotive stamping equipment, with a strong focus on automation, controls, reliability, and lean manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, and optimize stamping equipment using Siemens PLC systems, including Step7 and TIA Portal.
- Set up new references on production lines.
- Work with WinCC HMI/SCADA systems for monitoring, diagnostics, and interface improvements.
- Lead equipment improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, reliability, and process stability.
- Analyze machine performance and implement lean strategies to improve equipment health and productivity.
- Collaborate with Maintenance teams to resolve complex electrical, electronic, automation, and control-related issues.
- Work closely with Process Engineering to align equipment capabilities with production requirements and quality targets.
- Troubleshoot and improve systems involving motors, VFDs, soft starters, sensors, and industrial control devices.
- Support equipment involving hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Participate in upgrades, retrofits, and new equipment integration.
- Support and troubleshoot industrial robots, preferably KUKA robots.
- Saudi National.
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs, including Step7 and TIA Portal.
- Experience with WinCC HMI/SCADA systems.
- Strong background in electronics, electrical systems, and industrial controls.
- Knowledge of motors, VFDs, soft starters, sensors, and related industrial components.
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with automotive stamping processes, including presses, transfer systems, feeders, or similar equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and control schematics.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience with KUKA robots, including operation, programming, or troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, SMED, TPM, or similar methodologies.
- Experience leading equipment improvement, reliability, or optimization projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
