نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم المشرف أنشطة إدارة الصلاحية الجوية المستمرة لأسطول طائرات AS332. سيكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة وتنسيق أنشطة CAMO عبر الهندسة والإنتاج، مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل للمتطلبات التعاقدية واللوائح المطبقة ومعايير الصلاحية الجوية وإجراءات السلامة. يعمل بشكل وثيق مع مدير العمليات وفريق هندسة الصيانة وفرق جدولة العمل والقادة الفنيين لضمان استمرار الصلاحية الجوية والسلامة والموثوقية والجاهزية التشغيلية للأسطول.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة المتابعة الفنية لطائرات Airbus Helicopters.
- إدخال وتحديث بيانات الصيانة في برنامج إدارة الصلاحية الجوية، بما في ذلك AdSoftware.
- صياغة وتحديث برنامج صيانة الطائرات.
- ضمان إصدار شهادة الإرجاع إلى الخدمة / APRS المناسبة قبل كل رحلة وبعد أي نشاط صيانة أو تقرير خلل.
- تسجيل ومراقبة تطبيق التوجيهات الصلاحية الجوية ونشرات الخدمة والمتطلبات الإلزامية الأخرى.
- مراجعة نشرات الخدمة غير الإلزامية وتقديم التوصيات الفنية.
- تسجيل وتتبع أنشطة الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة.
- تسجيل ومراقبة الإصلاحات والتعديلات.
- مراقبة بيانات استهلاك الطائرات وأدائها.
- بدء مهام الصيانة والمهام الإضافية وفقاً لبرنامج الصيانة المعتمد.
- إعداد تقارير الأحداث للتحقق من الجودة.
- مراقبة تحديثات البرمجيات المضمنة للطائرات.
- تسجيل وأرشفة وتتبع بيانات سجل CRM داخل برنامج الصلاحية الجوية.
- إعداد برامج صيانة طائرات مخصصة وفقاً للمتطلبات التنظيمية المطبقة.
- تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة وجداول التفتيش مع فرق العمليات وتنسيق العمل.
- التنسيق مع سلطات العملاء عند الحاجة.
- قيادة والإشراف على فنيي CAMO.
- تنفيذ عمليات فعالة لضمان سلامة وموثوقية وامتثال أسطول الطائرات.
- المشاركة في أنشطة التحسين المستمر باستخدام بيانات MIS.
- الموافقة على شهادات المطابقة عند تسليم الطائرة للمستخدم النهائي.
- إعداد ملفات تأهيل الفنيين للتحقق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة قوية في إدارة الصلاحية الجوية المستمرة للطائرات العمودية، وهندسة الصيانة، والتحكم في الوثائق الفنية. يجب أن يكون قادراً على العمل في بيئة طيران شديدة التنظيم وضمان الامتثال الصارم لمتطلبات الصلاحية الجوية والسلامة والتعاقدية. تعتبر الخبرة مع طائرات AS332، والإشراف على CAMO، وتخطيط الصيانة، والسجلات الفنية، والامتثال التنظيمي ميزة قوية.

- Record, archive, and track CRM log data within the airworthiness software.

- Lead and supervise CAMO technicians.
