تعلن شركة SEGULA Technologies، إحدى شركات الهندسة العالمية، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس عمليات - قسم الكبس (Press Shop Process Engineer) للعمل في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية (مكة)، السعودية، لدى أحد العملاء الرائدين في مجال صناعة السيارات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير والتحقق وتحسين عمليات قسم الكبس بما في ذلك خط التقطيع بالليزر (Laser Blanking Line) وخط الكبس التتابعي (Tandem Press Line).
- إدارة معايير العملية وإعدادات الماكينات ومتطلبات القوالب للأجزاء الجديدة والحالية.
- دعم التجارب ودراسات القدرة ومراجعات العمليات وأنشطة الجاهزية للإنتاج.
- مراقبة أداء القوالب وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية لتقليل وقت التوقف وتحسين استقرار العملية.
- دعم تجارب القوالب والتشغيل الأولي واستكشاف الأخطاء وإطلاق القوالب الجديدة أو المعدلة.
- التعاون مع فرق الصيانة لتحسين موثوقية المعدات وفعالية الصيانة الوقائية.
- تحليل مشكلات الجودة مع فرق القوالب والصيانة والجودة والعمليات.
- تطبيق أدوات حل المشكلات المنظمة مثل 5 Why و Ishikawa و PDCA.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة ومواصفات العملاء والإجراءات الداخلية ومتطلبات التدقيق.
- تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات الإنتاجية ومبادرات تقليل الخردة وتحسين زمن الدورة.
- دعم أنشطة التحسين المستمر مثل كايزن (Kaizen) و SMED والقضاء على الهدر.
- تطوير وتحديث وثائق العمليات وتعليمات العمل وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وتدفقات العمليات و PFMEA وخطط التحكم.
- تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة والتغييرات الهندسية.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والصيانة والقوالب لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تكنولوجيا الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صناعة السيارات.
- خبرة في عمليات قسم الكبس (Press Shop) أو التخريم (Stamping) أو التقطيع (Blanking) أو إطلاق القوالب الجديدة (New Die Launch) أو دعم القوالب (Tooling Support).
- معرفة قوية بنظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) ووثائق العمليات وتدفق العمليات و PFMEA وخطط التحكم.
- خبرة في دعم عمليات التدقيق وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- معرفة جيدة بـ SAP و MES و Microsoft Word و Excel و PowerPoint وأدوات البريد الإلكتروني.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات (الورديات) وفي عطلات نهاية الأسبوع وعند الحاجة لساعات إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا (مطلوب).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي والاستماع والتنسيق.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة أولويات متعددة ودعم عمليات أرضية المصنع.
- التفكير التحليلي والمنهجي في حل المشكلات.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and optimize press shop processes, including Laser Blanking Line and Tandem Press Lineoperations.
- Manage process parameters, machine settings, and tooling requirements for new and existing parts.
- Support trials, capability studies, process audits, and production readiness activities.
- Monitor die performance and coordinate corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve process stability.
- Support die tryouts, commissioning, troubleshooting, and launch of new or modified tooling.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and preventive maintenance effectiveness.
- Analyze quality issues with tooling, maintenance, quality, and operations teams.
- Apply structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and PDCA.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, internal procedures, and audit requirements.
- Identify and implement productivity improvements, scrap reduction initiatives, and cycle time optimization.
- Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, SMED, and waste elimination.
- Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, process flows, PFMEA, and control plans.
- Provide technical support during new product launches and engineering changes.
- Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and tooling teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in press shop operations, stamping, blanking, new die launch, or tooling support.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, process documentation, process flow, PFMEA, and control plans.
- Experience supporting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Good knowledge of SAP, MES, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools.
- Strong communication, teamwork, listening, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support shop-floor operations.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
