تعلن شركة SEGULA Technologies عن توفر وظيفة Construction Manager (Automotive/Industrial Construction) في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية (KAEC) بمكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • نبحث عن مدير مشاريع إنشائية (Construction Manager) ذي خبرة لتمثيل العميل في برنامج إنشاءات صناعية معقدة، والإشراف على تنفيذ المقاول من أعمال الحفر وحتى تسليم المبنى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة الإشراف على الإنشاءات عبر مواقع المشاريع النشطة.
  • مراقبة أداء المقاولين والاستشاريين.
  • إدارة أعمال الحفر، الخوازيق، الأساسات وأعمال الخرسانة.
  • الإشراف على تركيب الهياكل الفولاذية.
  • إدارة واجهات الغلاف، الأسقف، الكسوة والمعمارية.
  • تنسيق أنظمة MEP والمرافق التشغيلية.
  • مراقبة البنية التحتية الخارجية وتوصيلات المرافق.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات عالية الخطورة.
  • مراجعة خطط الرفع وحركات المعدات الرئيسية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSE).
  • التحقق من التقدم الفعلي مقابل الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
  • إدارة قيود الإنشاءات والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تنسيق أعمال التفتيش والجودة والتشغيل.
  • إدارة واجهات اللوجستيات والمعدات.
  • دعم أعمال snagging والانتهاء وتسليم الأصول.
  • إعداد تقارير التقدم والجودة والسلامة والفنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة هندسية معتمدة من SCE في تخصص مدني أو إنشائي أو ميكانيكي أو كهربائي/MEP.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مجال الإنشاءات.
  • يفضّل خبرة قوية في إنشاء المنشآت الصناعية/التصنيعية الكبرى.
  • قدرة ممتازة على إدارة واجهات المدني والإنشائي و MEP.
  • خبرة قوية في إدارة المقاولين والحوكمة الميدانية.
  • معرفة متعمقة بأنشطة الإنشاءات عالية الخطورة و HSE.
  • يفضّل خبرة سابقة في دول الخليج أو المملكة العربية السعودية.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to represent the client across a complex industrial construction programme and oversee contractor execution from earthworks through building completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction oversight across active project sites.
  • Monitor contractor and consultant performance.
  • Manage earthworks, piling, foundations and concrete works.
  • Oversee structural-steel erection.
  • Manage envelope, roofing, cladding and architectural interfaces.
  • Coordinate MEP systems and process utilities.
  • Monitor external infrastructure and utility connections.
  • Govern high-risk construction activities.
  • Review lifting plans and major equipment movements.
  • Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
  • Verify physical progress against approved schedules.
  • Manage construction constraints and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate inspections, quality and commissioning activities.
  • Manage logistics and equipment interfaces.
  • Support snagging, completion and asset handover.
  • Prepare progress, quality, HSE and technical reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • SCE-approved Engineering degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical/MEP discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Major industrial/manufacturing facility construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong civil, structural and MEP interface-management capability.
  • Excellent contractor-management and site-governance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE and high-risk construction activities.
  • GCC/KSA experience preferred.
