تعلن شركة SEGULA Technologies (مجموعة هندسية عالمية) عن وظيفة Senior Site Engineer - Construction Supervision (Automotive) للإشراف على أعمال البناء في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية (KAEC)، مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة البناء اليومية وأداء المقاولين.
- التحقق من مطابقة الأعمال للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة (IFC).
- متابعة أعمال الحفريات، الحفر، تحسين التربة، والأساسات.
- الإشراف على أعمال الخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل الفولاذية.
- متابعة تركيب الهياكل الفولاذية، اللحام، الربط، والمحاذاة الإنشائية.
- الإشراف على تركيب الأسقف، الكسوات، الواجهات، وغلاف المبنى.
- تنسيق الأعمال المدنية مع واجهات MEP والمرافق.
- متابعة أعمال التكييف، الكهرباء، السباكة، الحماية من الحريق، ومرافق العمليات.
- الإشراف على عمليات الفحص والاختبار والتشغيل.
- متابعة أنشطة العمل على المرتفعات، السقالات، ومعدات العمل الجوي (MEWP).
- مراجعة خطط الرفع والإشراف على أنشطة الرفع الثقيل.
- متابعة التقدم وفق جداول النظر قصيرة ومتوسطة الأمد.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق السلامة والجودة.
- دعم إنجاز قوائم العيوب، حل العيوب، والتسليم النهائي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.
- أهلية/موافقة الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في البناء والإشراف الموقعي.
- خبرة قوية في المشاريع الصناعية أو التصنيعية أو المستودعات أو البنية التحتية الكبرى.
- خبرة عملية في الواجهات المدنية والإنشائية وMEP.
- فهم قوي لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وأنشطة البناء عالية المخاطر.
- يفضل خبرة في مشاريع البناء بالمملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج.

We are seeking experienced Senior Site Engineers to provide client-side construction supervision across multiple industrial construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and contractor performance.
- Verify works against approved IFC drawings and specifications.
- Monitor earthworks, excavation, ground improvement and foundations.
- Supervise reinforced concrete and structural-steel works.
- Monitor steel erection, welding, bolting and structural alignment.
- Oversee roofing, cladding, façades and building-envelope installation.
- Coordinate civil works with MEP and utility interfaces.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and process utilities.
- Witness inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
- Monitor working-at-height activities, scaffolding and MEWP operations.
- Review lifting plans and monitor heavy-lifting activities.
- Monitor progress against short- and medium-term lookahead schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, HSE and quality teams.
- Support snagging, defect resolution and final handover.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- SCE eligibility/approval.
- Minimum 12 years of construction/site-supervision experience.
- Strong industrial, manufacturing, warehouse or major infrastructure experience.
- Practical experience across civil, structural and MEP interfaces.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements and high-risk construction activities.
- KSA/GCC construction experience preferred.
