ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ استراتيجيات الشركة في المنطقة الشرقية، مع التركيز على تطوير العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين، ومراقبة اتجاهات السوق والأنشطة التنافسية. تعمل Abbott على تمكين موظفيها من النمو المهني في بيئة دولية، وتُصنف كواحدة من أفضل الشركات للعمل من حيث التنوع والمساواة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تنفيذ استراتيجيات الشركة بشكل صحيح وموحد.
- إجراء زيارات مبيعات تستهدف المناطق ذات العوائد العالية لتحقيق أقصى كفاءة.
- تطوير فرص عمل جديدة مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق ونشاط المنافسين في المنطقة المخصصة.
- الحفاظ على علاقات وثيقة مع الحسابات الرئيسية وضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم قدر الإمكان.
- تقييم احتياجات العملاء الحالية والمستقبلية وتقديم توصيات حول تطبيق منتجات وخدمات الشركة.
- تمثيل Abbott بطريقة مهنية تتماشى مع صورة الشركة، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير القانونية والأخلاقية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو الطب.
- ترخيص ساري المفعول من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCHS).
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 0-2 سنة في مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض التقديمي.
- مهارات شخصية قوية.
- الانضباط والمرونة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

What You’ll Work On
- Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.
- Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met where possible.
- Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
- Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities stay in sync with legal and ethical standards.
