نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذا المنصب القيادي حاسم لنجاح التخطيط والتصميم والتطوير والتنفيذ لمنشآت رياضية وفعاليات عالمية المستوى ضمن مدينة القدية الترفيهية، بهدف تعزيز نظام بيئي رياضي ديناميكي وحيوي. سيشرف المدير التنفيذي على جميع جوانب تطوير ملاعب ومنشآت الرياضة والفعاليات، لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفق المعايير الدولية. سيتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وأطراف خارجية لدفع الابتكار والتميز التشغيلي عبر تخطيط المنشآت وتشييدها وتفعيلها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التطوير الاستراتيجي والتخطيط والتنفيذ لملاعب ومنشآت الرياضة والفعاليات ضمن القدية
- الإشراف على تسليم المشاريع بما في ذلك التصميم والتشييد والتشغيل والتكامل مع عناصر الوجهة الأوسع
- العمل عن كثب مع المهندسين المعماريين والمدنيين والمقاولين والهيئات الرياضية لضمان استيفاء المنشآت للمتطلبات الوظيفية والتنظيمية
- إدارة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية والموارد بفعالية لتقديم منشآت عالية الجودة
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الرياضية الدولية وأفضل الممارسات، وتعزيز السلامة وسهولة الوصول
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة بما في ذلك الاتحادات الرياضية ومنظمي الفعاليات والجهات الحكومية
- دفع الابتكار في تصميم المنشآت وعملياتها لتعزيز تجربة الجماهير والكفاءة التشغيلية
- توفير القيادة لفرق المشروع وتعزيز التعاون وضمان التوافق مع أهداف الشركة

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو العمارة أو الإدارة الرياضية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير)
- ما لا يقل عن 20-25 سنة من الخبرة في تطوير المنشآت الرياضية أو إدارة التشييد أو أدوار قيادية مماثلة في المشاريع
- سجل حافل في تسليم منشآت رياضية واسعة النطاق في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات الرياضية الدولية
- مهارات قيادة وإدارة فرق ممتازة مع القدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات
- قدرات استثنائية في إدارة المشاريع تشمل إعداد الميزانية والجدولة وإدارة المخاطر
- مهارات تواصل قوية والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director for Development of Sports Competition & Event Venues. This leadership role is critical to the successful planning, design, development and execution of world-class sports and event venues within the Qiddiya entertainment city, aimed at fostering a dynamic and vibrant sports ecosystem.
The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of development for sports competition and event venues, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet international standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence across venue planning, construction, and activation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development, planning, and execution of sports competition and event venues within Qiddiya
- Oversee project delivery including design, construction, commissioning, and integration with broader destination elements
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and sports governing bodies to ensure venues meet functional and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality venues
- Ensure compliance with international sports standards and best practices, promoting safety and accessibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including sports federations, event organizers, and government entities
- Drive innovation in venue design and operations to enhance fan experience and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with corporate goals
- Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Sports Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 20-25 years of experience in sports venue development, construction management, or related project leadership roles
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale sports competition venues on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of international sports standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional project management capabilities including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience working with sports federations, event organizers, and governmental agencies is highly desirable
