Job Title: FMS Specialist / Supervisor

Job Summary
The FMS Specialist / Supervisor is responsible for supporting and supervising daily facility management operations within the hospital. The role helps ensure the effective maintenance of hospital facilities, coordination of support services, and compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily facility management activities, including maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, and support services
- Monitor the condition of hospital facilities and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and hospital policies
- Prepare operational reports and support initiatives to improve facility performance and service quality
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance operations, engineering support, or a related field
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety standards, and contractor management is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
