يلعب الأخصائي دوراً محورياً في تقديم خدمات متميزة وتحقيق النمو التجاري لمحفظة Emerson’s Pervasive Sensing في المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين. يركز هذا الدور على خدمات ما بعد البيع، بما في ذلك بدء التشغيل والتشغيل والتكامل والأمن السيبراني ودعم دورة الحياة لحلول المراقبة اللاسلكية والتآكل والتعرية. يتعاون الأخصائي بشكل وثيق مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية لتعزيز الموثوقية والسلامة وتحقيق نتائج التحول الرقمي، مع دفع الإيرادات طويلة الأجل لخدمات ما بعد البيع ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أنشطة بدء التشغيل والتشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والصيانة والترقية لحلول المراقبة اللاسلكية ومراقبة التآكل والتعرية.
- إجراء مسوحات ميدانية وتفقد الموقع وتقييم القاعدة المثبتة لتحديد فرص الترقية والاستشارات والخدمات.
- إعداد دراسات كفاية النظام وتحليل الفجوات وتقييمات الأمن السيبراني ونطاقات العمل للأنظمة الجديدة والقائمة.
- تنفيذ مراجعات الأمن السيبراني وتقديم توصيات لتحسين مرونة النظام والامتثال للمعايير المعمول بها.
- تكوين وصيانة البنية التحتية للشبكة بما في ذلك المفاتيح وإدارة التحديثات وأنشطة تعزيز النظام.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة وتقنية المعلومات والفرق متعددة الوظائف لتنفيذ ممارسات فعالة للأمن السيبراني وتكامل الأنظمة.
- تقديم دعم فني متقدم للعملاء، بما في ذلك المشاركة في أنشطة اختبار القبول المصنعي (FAT) واختبار القبول الموقعي (SAT) عند الحاجة.
- دعم برامج تدريب العملاء وتدريب مهندسي الخدمة الميدانية على استكشاف الأخطاء والتطبيقات المتقدمة.
- قيادة ودعم تخطيط وتنفيذ اتفاقيات الخدمة طويلة الأجل (LTSA) بما يتوافق مع شروط العقد وتوقعات العملاء.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط العمل واستراتيجيات المبيعات للقاعدة المثبتة لتحقيق أهداف النمو والربحية في الخدمات.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير Emerson للجودة والأخلاقيات والامتثال التجاري والصحة والسلامة والبيئة في جميع الأنشطة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو علوم الحاسب أو أمن المعلومات أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة في العمل مع الأمن السيبراني لتقنية التشغيل (OT) في البيئات الصناعية، بما في ذلك أنظمة التحكم وواجهات المشغل (HMI) وأجهزة التحكم المنطقي القابلة للبرمجة (PLC) وأنظمة الإشراف والتحكم في البيانات (SCADA).
- خبرة عملية في تنفيذ حلول الأمن السيبراني لتقنية التشغيل مثل تقييم المخاطر وجدران الحماية وكشف التسلل ومكافحة الفيروسات وأنظمة المراقبة.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform start‑up, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrade activities for wireless, corrosion, and erosion monitoring solutions.
- Conduct site surveys, walk‑downs, and installed‑base assessments to identify upgrade, consulting, and service opportunities.
- Prepare system adequacy studies, gap analyses, cybersecurity assessments, and scopes of work for new and existing systems.
- Execute cybersecurity reviews and recommend improvements to strengthen system resilience and compliance with applicable standards.
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, patch management, and system hardening activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and cross‑functional teams to implement effective cybersecurity and system integration practices.
- Provide advanced technical support to customers, including participation in FAT and SAT activities when required.
- Support customer training programs and coach field service engineers on troubleshooting and advanced applications.
- Lead and support long‑term service agreement (LTSA) planning and execution in line with contract terms and customer expectations.
- Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies for the installed base to achieve service growth and profitability goals.
- Ensure adherence to Emerson quality, ethics, trade compliance, and health, safety, and environment standards in all activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and support operational excellence through standardized processes and tools.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information security, or a related technical field.
- Experience working with operational technology (OT) cybersecurity in industrial environments, including control systems, HMI, PLC, and SCADA.
- Hands‑on experience implementing OT cybersecurity solutions such as risk assessments, firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, and monitoring systems.
- Strong understanding of wireless systems architecture and integration within industrial networks.
- Knowledge of secure field and industrial network architectures.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites while collaborating effectively with remote and regional teams.
- Industry certifications related to networking or cybersecurity.
- Experience with international cybersecurity standards and frameworks used in industrial environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience supporting customers in energy, process, or large manufacturing environments.
