Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Social Media & Content Creator Specialist. The specialist will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including text, images, and short-form videos tailored to the company’s brand and audience. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring community engagement. The role involves collaborating with trainers and internal teams to translate training programs and initiatives into compelling digital stories and campaigns. The specialist will also track performance metrics, prepare simple reports, and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions while staying updated on social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation abilities, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic scriptwriting for social media posts and short videos.
- Hands-on experience managing major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and using scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using common tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) to create visually appealing content.
- Ability to research topics, understand audience needs, and adapt content tone and format to match brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in training, education, or services sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and data-driven mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
