- نبحث عن Senior Solution Architect ذي خبرة لقيادة تصميم وحوكمة حلول تقنية على مستوى المؤسسة، تشمل المنصات الرقمية والبيئات السحابية والتكاملات والتطبيقات المؤسسية. سيعمل هذا الدور بشكل وثيق مع فرق الأعمال والمنتجات والهندسة والبنية التحتية والأمن والعمليات لتقديم حلول قابلة للتوسع وآمنة ومرنة تتوافق مع أهداف المنظمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات

- المشاركة في حوكمة الهندسة المعمارية والمراجعات الفنية وتحليل الحوادث الكبرى.
- قيادة ورش العمل الفنية والتعاون مع الجهات المعنية عبر وظائف الأعمال المختلفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل التعليمي: درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: 10+ سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة البرمجيات، تكامل الأنظمة، الهندسة المعمارية المؤسسية، أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة قيادية: 5+ سنوات في دور Solution Architect أو قيادة فنية عليا.
- خبرة في الصناعة: خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتقديم حلول على مستوى المؤسسة في قطاع الخدمات المصرفية، الخدمات المالية، التكنولوجيا المالية، المدفوعات، أو أي صناعات أخرى شديدة التنظيم.

About The Role

This role will work closely with business, product, engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale technology solutions across digital platforms, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise applications. This role will work closely with business, product, engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture initiatives across digital channels, payment ecosystems, APIs, integrations, and enterprise platforms
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
- Develop and review architecture deliverables, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), integration architectures, infrastructure designs, and deployment models
- Design enterprise integration solutions using APIs, middleware, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures
- Architect cloud-native and hybrid-cloud solutions across modern cloud platforms
- Provide architectural guidance for microservices, containerized applications, and enterprise middleware environments
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to establish architecture standards and CI/CD best practices
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, availability, and performance requirements
- Participate in architecture governance, technical reviews, and major incident analysis
- Lead technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Integration, Enterprise Architecture, or related fields
- 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Leadership role
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, or other highly regulated industries
- Enterprise, Solution, Application, Integration, and Cloud Architecture
- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, OCI, or GCP
- Containerization technologies including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker
- Enterprise middleware and web application platforms
- Database technologies including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases
- DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitoring, observability, and performance management tools
- Experience with Digital Payments, Payment Gateways, Wallet Platforms, Merchant Services, Open Banking, or ISO 20022
- Experience working within regulated financial environments
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
