شركة CodeNinja Inc.، وهي شركة عالمية رائدة في خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي والهندسة، تبحث عن مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي (AI Engineer) في السعودية. سيعمل المهندس على تصميم وتطوير وتشغيل أنظمة برمجية مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي تحقق قيمة فورية في العالم الحقيقي، مع التركيز على التطبيق العملي وليس البحث النظري.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • هندسة الاستدعاء (Prompt Engineering): تصميم واختبار وتحسين الاستدعاءات المعقدة لاستخراج النصوص والبيانات المالية بدقة.
  • تصور البيانات: استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدية والبرمجة لإخراج رسوم بيانية تحليلية غنية.
  • أتمتة العمليات: بناء سير عمل وعوامل ذكاء اصطناعي مستقلة (LLM workflows and agents) لتحل محل العمليات اليدوية لإعداد التقارير.
  • تخصيص النماذج: ضبط دقيق (Fine-tuning) أو تطبيق تقنية RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) على النماذج باستخدام الوثائق المالية.
  • معالجة البيانات: تنظيف ومعالجة وإعادة هيكلة الملفات المالية الخام إلى حزم استدعاء محسّنة.
  • بناء أنظمة ذكاء اصطناعي إنتاجية (production-grade) ذات تأثير قابل للقياس.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة 3+ سنوات في الذكاء الاصطناعي وعلوم البيانات وهندسة البرمجيات، مع خبرة عملية في مشاريع مصرفية.
  • إتقان متقدم في Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • خبرة عملية واسعة مع نماذج LLM التجارية وقواعد البيانات المتجهة (vector databases) و DataRobot و SAS EG.

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and operating AI-powered software systems that deliver immediate, real-world value. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, product engineering, and applied artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on practical implementation rather than research or theoretical model development. As part of CodeNinja's AI-first operating model, you will leverage LLMs, AI agents, and automation to fundamentally improve how software is built, deployed, and operated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for accurate financial text and data extraction
  • Data Visualization: Command generative AI tools and programmatic code to output rich analytics charts
  • Process Automation: Build autonomous LLM workflows and agents to replace manual reporting processes
  • Model Customization: Fine-tune or apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to models using financial documentation
  • Data Processing: Clean, manipulate, and restructure raw financial files into optimized prompt payloads

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in AI, data science and software engineering, with practical experience in banking projects
  • Core Languages: Advanced Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • AI Tooling: Extensive hands-on experience with commercial LLMs, vector databases, and DataRobot, SAS EG
