نبحث عن Head of Liabilities لقيادة أعمال الخصوم المصرفية للعملاء الأفراد لدى عميلنا المصرفي. يتضمن ذلك الإدارة الكاملة لمنتجات CASA والادخار والودائع لأجل والاستثمارات/bancassurance. يُعد هذا دورًا قياديًا كبيرًا مسؤولاً عن دفع نمو الودائع، وتحسين مزيج CASA، وإدارة تكلفة الأموال، وتشكيل استراتيجية المنتج والتسعير عبر محفظة الخصوم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإدارة الكاملة للـ P&L لأعمال الخصوم المصرفية للعملاء الأفراد، بما في ذلك منتجات CASA والادخار والودائع لأجل ومنتجات الاستثمارات/bancassurance.
  • قيادة استراتيجية نمو الودائع وتحسين مزيج CASA لتحسين ميزانية البنك وخفض تكلفة الأموال.
  • قيادة استراتيجية التسعير عبر منتجات الخصوم بما يتماشى مع توجيهات إدارة الأصول والخصوم (ALM) والخزانة.
  • تطوير وإطلاق عروض جديدة للخصوم والاستثمارات/bancassurance تتوافق مع احتياجات السوق والعملاء.
  • التعاون مع إدارة الخزانة/ALM في استراتيجية التمويل وإدارة السيولة وتحسين تكلفة الأموال.
  • الإشراف على هياكل الودائع المتوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية (عند الاقتضاء)، وضمان امتثال المنتجات للمتطلبات التنظيمية وهيئات الرقابة الشرعية.
  • بناء وقيادة فريق عالي الأداء متخصص في منتجات الخصوم والمبيعات.
  • التعاون مع فرق التسويق والرقمية والفروع وقنوات التوزيع لتعزيز اختراق المنتجات واكتساب العملاء.
  • مراقبة المشهد التنافسي واتجاهات السوق لدعم قرارات المنتج والتسعير.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية عن أداء المحفظة ومؤشرات النمو ونتائج الـ P&L للإدارة العليا.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أكثر من 12 عامًا من الخبرة المصرفية، منها 7 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي كبير في مجال الخصوم المصرفية للعملاء الأفراد، أو الودائع، أو الاستثمارات.
  • سجل قوي في تحقيق نمو وتحسين مزيج CASA.
  • فهم متين لمبادئ ALM وإدارة تكلفة الأموال.
  • خبرة في هياكل الودائع المتوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية.
  • إثبات القدرة على تحمل مسؤولية P&L خاصة بالخصوم.
  • إستراتيجية منتج قوية وقدرة على التسعير.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في توزيع منتجات bancassurance أو الاستثمارات.
  • الإلمام بالمنصات المصرفية الرقمية للودائع/الاستثمارات.
  • خبرة مصرفية سابقة في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

About The Role

We are hiring a Head of Liabilities to lead the retail liabilities business for our banking client - owning CASA, savings, term deposits, and investment/bancassurance propositions end-to-end. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving deposit growth, optimizing CASA mix, managing cost of funds, and shaping product and pricing strategy across the liabilities portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L for the retail liabilities business, including CASA, savings, term deposits, and investment/bancassurance products
  • Drive deposit growth strategy and CASA optimisation to improve balance sheet mix and reduce cost of funds
  • Lead pricing strategy across liability products in line with ALM and treasury guidelines
  • Develop and launch new liabilities and investment/bancassurance propositions aligned to market and customer needs
  • Partner with Treasury/ALM on funding strategy, liquidity management, and cost of funds optimisation
  • Oversee Sharia-compliant deposit structures where applicable, ensuring product compliance with regulatory and Sharia board requirements
  • Build and lead a high-performing liabilities product and sales team
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Branch/Distribution teams to drive product penetration and customer acquisition
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product and pricing decisions
  • Report on portfolio performance, growth metrics, and P&L to senior leadership

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 12+ years of banking experience, with 7+ years in a senior leadership role in consumer liabilities, deposits, or investments
  • Strong track record in CASA growth and optimisation
  • Solid understanding of ALM principles and cost of funds management
  • Experience with Sharia-compliant deposit structures
  • Demonstrated ownership of a liabilities P&L
  • Strong product strategy and pricing capability

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with bancassurance or investment product distribution
  • Exposure to digital deposit/investment platforms
  • Regional GCC banking experience
