نبذة عن الوظيفة
Credit Controller مسؤول عن إدارة وتحصيل المستحقات غير المسددة من العملاء، وضمان الدفع في الوقت المحدد، والحفاظ على الصحة المالية للمؤسسة. يتضمن الدور التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء، التفاوض على خطط السداد، وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالحسابات المتأخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتحصيل المستحقات غير المسددة من العملاء في الوقت المحدد
- التواصل وزيارة العملاء لمتابعة الدفعات المتأخرة والتفاوض على خطط السداد
- مراقبة حسابات القبض والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحسابات
- حل مشكلات ونزاعات الدفع لدى العملاء بشكل احترافي
- إعداد تقارير عمر الذمم المدينة (AR ageing) وتقارير التحصيل أسبوعياً
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة وسياسات الائتمان الداخلية
- تقييم الجدارة الائتمانية للعملاء والتوصية بإجراءات تخفيف المخاطر
- التعاون مع مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لحل تحديات الدفع
- دعم تنفيذ وتحسين سياسات وإجراءات الرقابة الائتمانية
- تتبع وتحليل أداء التحصيل وإعداد التقارير مقابل الأهداف
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين وحتى 5 سنوات في مجال الرقابة الائتمانية، التحصيل، أو حسابات القبض
- سجل قوي في تحقيق وتحسين نتائج تحصيل النقدية
- مهارات مثبتة في إدارة علاقات العملاء بنهج يركز على العميل
- شبكة علاقات أو خبرة في التعامل مع العملاء الرئيسيين على المستوى التنظيمي
- إجادة اللغة العربية (إلزامية) وإجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية
- كفاءة متقدمة في استخدام Microsoft Excel
- مهارات تحليلية، إعداد تقارير، وحل مشكلات قوية
- فهم جيد للعمليات المالية، مخاطر الائتمان، ومتطلبات الامتثال

Job Description
The Credit Controller is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding receivables, ensuring timely payments from clients, and maintaining the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities
- Manage and collect outstanding receivables from clients in a timely manner
- Contact and visit clients to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Monitor accounts receivable and maintain accurate account records
- Resolve client payment issues and disputes professionally
- Prepare and maintain weekly AR ageing and collection reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal credit policies
- Assess client creditworthiness and recommend risk mitigation actions
- Collaborate with PMO and internal stakeholders to resolve payment challenges
- Support the implementation and improvement of credit control policies and procedures
- Track, analyze, and report collection performance against targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable
- Proven experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable
- Strong track record of achieving and improving cash collection results
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach
- Established network or experience dealing with key clients at an organizational level
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of financial processes, credit risk, and compliance requirements.
