تعلن شركة Accenture Middle East عن فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لمسمى "Security Managed Services Analyst"، حيث ستعمل ضمن فريق متخصص في مجال الأمن السيبراني.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التحقيق الأولي وفرز الحوادث المحتملة، ورفع مستوى الحوادث أو إغلاقها حسب الاقتضاء.
  • مراقبة قائمة انتظار تذاكر SOC (البريد الإلكتروني/الهاتف) للبلاغات المقدمة من جهات خارجية ومستخدمين فرديين.
  • مراجعة أحدث التنبيهات الأمنية واتخاذ الإجراءات بناءً على عمليات المعالجة المحددة.
  • إنشاء البلاغات بناءً على العمليات/التنبيهات.
  • دعم جهود معالجة/التحقيق في الحوادث.
  • تحديث توثيق مقالات قاعدة المعرفة (KB) أو أدلة التشغيل (runbooks).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • معرفة بحلول SIEM وEDR وأنظمة كشف التسلل.
  • مهارات إدارة الحوادث والمشكلات.
  • خبرة في حلول البيئة الصندوقية (sandbox).
  • خبرة في Splunk Enterprise Security.
  • فهم البنية التحتية السحابية (Amazon, Azure, Google).
  • مهارات تحليل أمني (تحليل ملفات السجلات وتحليل مصادر/أنواع البيانات المختلطة).
  • مهارات أساسية في التحقيق الجنائي الرقمي (forensic) وصيد التهديدات (threat hunting).
  • القدرة على معالجة البيانات وعرضها.
  • فهم أساسي لبروتوكولات الشبكات ومعماريتها.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
  • رغبة قوية في التعلم والنمو داخل الدور الوظيفي.

Responsibility


  • Initial investigation and triage of potential incidents, escalate or close events as applicable. 
  • Monitor SOC ticket queue (email/phone) for events reported by outside entities and individual users.
  • Review latest security alerts and take actions based on defined remediation processes.
  • Create incidents based on process/alerts.
  • Support incident remediation/investigation efforts.
  • Update documentation of Knowledge Base (“KB”) articles or runbooks.


    • Qualifications


  • Knowledge of SIEM, EDR and intrusion detection solutions.
  • Incident and Problem Management skills
  • Experience with sandbox solution.
  • Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure (Amazon, Azure, Google)
  • Security analysis skills (logfile analysis and analysis of mixed data sources/types)
  • Basic skills in forensic and threat hunting.
  • Ability to manipulate and present data
  • Fundamental understanding of network protocols & architecture
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
