تقدم شركة Accenture Middle East فرصة عمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لوظيفة Security Architect (مهندس أمن معماري). الشركة هي شركة خدمات مهنية عالمية رائدة في المجالات الرقمية والسحابة والأمن، وتضم فريقاً متخصصاً في أمن المعلومات لتقديم حلول مبتكرة ومرنة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد بنى أمنية شاملة تغطي مجالات السحابة، إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM)، أمن الأنظمة، وأمن الشبكات.
  • تطوير بنى مستهدفة ومرجعية وحلول متوافقة مع أهداف العمل وملف المخاطر.
  • ضمان أن تكون البنى الأمنية قابلة للتوسع ومرنة ومتوافقة مع مبادئ الثقة الصفرية (Zero Trust) والدفاع المتعمّق.
  • إنتاج وصيانة مصنوعات معمارية عالية الجودة (مخططات بنية، وثائق تصميم، معايير وأنماط أمنية).
  • تصميم حلول IAM وIGA وPAM على مستوى المؤسسات (مثل SailPoint وBeyondTrust وCyberArk وEntra ID).
  • تصميم نماذج مصادقة وتفويض آمنة تشمل SSO وMFA والاتحاد وRBAC/ABAC وإدارة دورة حياة الهوية.
  • تحديد استراتيجيات الوصول المميز وأساليب إدارة الأسرار ونماذج فرض الصلاحيات الأقل.
  • الإشراف المعماري على التكامل الآمن لمنصات IAM مع البيئات السحابية وSaaS والمحلية.
  • تصميم بنى أمنية للمنصات السحابية والهجينة (Azure وAWS وGCP).
  • تحديد ضوابط أمنية لأنظمة التشغيل والمنصات والوسيطة (التصلب، التقسيم، ضوابط الوصول).
  • تصميم حلول أمن الشبكات بما في ذلك التقسيم والاتصال الآمن والوصول إلى الشبكة بالثقة الصفرية (ZTNA).
  • مواءمة القرارات المعمارية مع أطر عمل مثل NIST وISO 27001 وCSA CCM وSABSA.

  • دعم نمذجة التهديدات وتقييم مخاطر البنية وقرارات المقايضات التصميمية.

  • توجيه المهندسين المعماريين المبتدئين ومهندسي الأمن.
  • المساهمة في صياغة الحلول والعروض وورش العمل مع العملاء عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في دور Security Architect أو دور معماري مكافئ.
  • خلفية عملية قوية في مجالات: أمن السحابة، إدارة الهوية والوصول، أمن الأنظمة/المنصات، وأمن الشبكات.
  • خبرة في تصميم البنى الأمنية للمؤسسات والبيئات واسعة النطاق.
  • شهادات مرغوبة بشدة: CISSP أو CISM أو SABSA، بالإضافة إلى شهادات أمن سحابي وشهادات بائعي IAM/PAM.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عملية مع أنظمة IAM/PAM: SailPoint، BeyondTrust، CyberArk، Entra ID، Okta (أو ما يعادلها).
  • إتقان بروتوكولات الهوية: SAML، OAuth2، OIDC، LDAP.
  • خبرة مع المنصات السحابية: Azure، AWS، أو GCP.

Enterprise & Solution Security Architecture


  • Define end-to-end security architectures covering cloud, IAM, system, and network security domains.
  • Develop target-state, reference, and solution architectures aligned to business objectives and risk posture.
  • Ensure security architectures are scalable, resilient, and aligned with Zero Trust and defense‑in‑depth principles.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality architecture artifacts (architecture diagrams, design documents, security standards and patterns).


    • Identity, Access & Privileged Access Architecture


  • Architect enterprise-grade IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Entra ID).
  • Design secure authentication and authorization models including SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC/ABAC, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Define privileged access strategies, secrets management approaches, and least‑privilege enforcement models.
  • Provide architectural oversight for secure integration of IAM platforms with cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem environments.


    • Cloud, System & Network Security Architecture


  • Design security architectures for cloud and hybrid platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Define security controls for operating systems, platforms, and middleware (hardening, segmentation, access controls).
  • Architect network security solutions including segmentation, secure connectivity, and Zero Trust network access (ZTNA).
  • Align architectural decisions with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CSA CCM, and SABSA.


    • Governance, Risk & Advisory


  • Participate in architecture review boards, design authorities, and security governance forums.
  • Support threat modeling, architecture risk assessments, and design trade-off decisions.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive secure-by-design adoption across programs and delivery teams.


    • Leadership & Stakeholder Management


  • Act as a Security Architecture SME, providing guidance to engineers and solution teams.
  • Engage with client stakeholders, including senior IT, security, and risk leaders.
  • Mentor junior architects and security engineers.
  • Contribute to solutioning, proposals, and client workshops where required.


    • Experience

    Mandatory Qualifications & Experience


  • Proven experience in a Security Architect or equivalent architecture role.
  • Strong hands-on background across:
  • Cloud Security
  • Identity & Access Management
  • System / Platform Security
  • Network Security
  • Experience designing security architectures for enterprise and large-scale environments.

    • Technical Expertise


  • IAM / PAM: SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Entra ID, Okta (or equivalents)
  • Identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP
  • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Network and system security architecture concepts
  • Security architecture frameworks and standards


    • Certifications (Strongly Preferred)


  • CISSP, CISM, or SABSA
  • Cloud security certifications
  • IAM or PAM vendor certifications
