المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل ومراقبة ودعم أدوات أمن الشبكات (مثل: جدران الحماية، WAF، أمن واجهات البرمجة، DDoS، IPS، بوابة البريد الإلكتروني، الوكيل، حلول NAC).
  • إنشاء سياسات جدران الحماية وإدارة التغيير باستخدام AlgoSec لمراجعة السياسات والتحقق منها.
  • إدارة أمن جدران حماية تطبيقات الويب (F5 WAF) وأمن واجهات البرمجة لحماية تطبيقات الويب.
  • إدارة واستكشاف أخطاء أجهزة ومنصات أمن الشبكات، وضمان التكوين الآمن والتوفر والأداء في البيئات المحلية والسحابية.
  • تنفيذ وإدارة التصحيح والتحديثات وتحديثات التوقيع لحلول أمن الشبكات وفقًا للعمليات المعتمدة.
  • التقييم المستمر للفعالية التشغيلية، وتحديد الفجوات ودفع مبادرات التحسين لتعزيز وضع أمن الشبكات.
  • دعم استكشاف أخطاء الشبكات والأمن، بما في ذلك تحليل حركة المرور والتقاط الحزم، لضمان حلول سريعة وفعالة.
  • الحفاظ على التوثيق التشغيلي الشامل وتحديثه لضمان ممارسات أمن شبكات متسقة وفعالة.
  • دعم أنشطة التدقيق وإعداد التقارير لتوفير الشفافية في عمليات أمن الشبكات، ورفع المشكلات المعقدة أو التهديدات المحتملة عند الضرورة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، الأمن السيبراني، أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة العملية.
  • فهم قوي لبروتوكولات ومفاهيم أمن الشبكات، بما في ذلك جدران الحماية، كشف/منع الاختراق، تحليل البرمجيات الخبيثة، وكشف التهديدات.
  • خبرة عملية مع جدران الحماية، WAF، أمن واجهات البرمجة، DDoS، IPS، بوابة البريد الإلكتروني، الوكيل، وحلول NAC.
  • معرفة البيئات المحلية بما في ذلك التكوينات الآمنة والإدارة التشغيلية.
  • خبرة عملية في استكشاف أخطاء الشبكات، بما في ذلك تحليل حركة المرور وتقنيات التقاط الحزم.

Accenture is hiring a passionate and skilled Network Security Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of network security services, ensuring the secure and reliable functioning of our network infrastructure and threat management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Operate, monitor, and support Network Security tools (such as: Firewalls, WAF, API Security, DDoS, IPS, Mail gateway, Proxy, NAC solutions).
  • Firewall Policy Creation and Change Management: Leveraging AlgoSec for firewall policy reviews and validations.
  • Web Application Firewall and API Security Operations: Managing F5 WAF and API security to protect web applications.
  • Administer and Troubleshoot network security devices and platforms, ensuring secure configurations, availability, and performance are achieved across both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Implement and manage patching, upgrades, and signature updates for network security solutions, following organization-approved processes.
  • Continuously evaluate operational effectiveness, identifying gaps and driving improvement initiatives for enhanced network security posture.
  • Support troubleshooting of network and security issues, including traffic analysis and packet capture, to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive operational documentation to ensure consistent and efficient network security practices.
  • Support audit and reporting activities to provide transparency into network security operations.
  • Escalate complex issues or potential threats as necessary, ensuring that they are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of network security protocols and concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, malware analysis, and threat detection.
  • Hands-on experience with Firewalls, WAF, API Security, DDoS, IPS, Mail gateway, Proxy, NAC solutions.
  • Knowledge of on-premise, including secure configurations and operational management.
  • Practical experience in network troubleshooting, including traffic analysis and packet capture techniques.
  • Familiarity with security patching, upgrades, and signature management for network security platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support audits and generate actionable reports.


    • Preferred Certifications:


  • Certification in relevant network security tools such as F5 Certified Administrator, Arbor APS Certification.
  • Industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security or PNSCE or NSE4 or NSE7 are highly desirable.
