تعلن شركة AVEVA، الرائدة عالمياً في البرمجيات الصناعية، عن توفر وظيفة RTO Consultant في مدينة الخبر (نظام عمل هجين - 3 أيام في المكتب مع العملاء) بدوام كامل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ تطبيقات التحسين في الوقت الفعلي (RTO) في وحدات التكرير والبتروكيماويات باستخدام برنامج AVEVA Process Optimization (APO).
- صيانة قاعدة التطبيقات الحالية لنظام RTO.
- العمل كواجهة تقنية مع العملاء، وبناء علاقات مهنية لضمان تحديد متطلبات المشروع والاتفاق عليها بالكامل.
- ضمان أن الحل الهندسي يلبي متطلبات المشروع من حيث الوظائف والمعايير والجودة، مع إعداد الوثائق الداعمة وعملية التنفيذ، وحل المشكلات التقنية أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
- مراقبة ومراجعة نطاق العمل المحدد حسب خطة المشروع، وضمان التحكم الفعال في التغييرات، وتحديد المخاطر والفرص.
- مراجعة مخططات تدفق العمليات ورسومات P&ID، والمساهمة في المناقشات الفنية؛ إجراء تغييرات على قواعد البيانات أو المخططات، وتنفيذ الحسابات المعقدة لتحليل البيانات، ومعالجة ملفات البيانات وقوائم التجميع بدقة.
- المساعدة والمشاركة في مجالات مشاريع AVEVA الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهندس عمليات كيميائية و/أو مهندس تحكم مع 10+ سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في تحسين عمليات التكرير و/أو البتروكيماويات أو التخطيط.
- خبير في استخدام حزم محاكاة عمليات التكرير المتقدمة، أو خبير في التحكم المتقدم المطبق على التكرير والبتروكيماويات، أو كليهما.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية. معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بـ PI Asset Framework و PI Vision.
- مهارات البرمجة في Tcl، Python، Excel VBA، SQL (ميزة إضافية).
- الإلمام بـ Power BI.

The Job
The individual will be part of the Global Optimization group and will participate at senior level in the following activities:
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of Real Time Optimization (RTO) applications in Refinery and Petrochemical units, based on AVEVA Process Optimization (APO) software ( https://sw.aveva.com/operate-and-optimise/optimise-operations/romeo-process-optimisation );
- Maintenance of RTO applications installed base;
- Act as technical interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to ensure that the project requirements are fully defined and agreed;
- Ensure that the engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation and implementation process at minimum. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise during project execution;
- Monitor and control assigned work scope against the project plan, ensure effective change control and identifies risks / opportunities;
- Reviewing process flow diagrams and P&IDs, and contributing to process discussions; completing database or schematic changes, implementing complex calculations for data analysis, manipulating data files and collections lists accurately;
- Assist and eventually participate on other AVEVA Project Areas.
- Chemical Process and/or Control Engineer with with 10+ years of relevant experience in Optimization of Refinery and/or Petrochemical operations and/or planning.
- Expert user of rigorous refinery process simulation packages or expert in advanced control applied to Refinery and Petrochemical or both.
- Fluency in English language. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with PI Asset Framework and PI Vision.
- Programming skills in tcl, Python, Excel VBA, SQL would be a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI
