نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن ضمان صيانة جميع مناطق المسؤولية بالمستويات المناسبة، وتنفيذ مهام الصيانة والإصلاح في جميع أنحاء الفندق / المبنى، مع الالتزام بمعايير التسليم الخاصة بفندق والدورف أستوريا الكويت.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لجميع سياسات شركة هيلتون العالمية.
- الامتثال لجميع إجراءات الأمن المطبقة في الفندق والقسم.
- الامتثال لجميع الأنظمة والإجراءات التي يحددها مشرف الهندسة.
- يحتفظ الإدارة بالحق في تغيير أو تمديد هذا البيان إذا لزم الأمر في أي وقت أثناء عمل الموظف.
- تسجيل الضغوط ودرجات الحرارة والأمبير والمتغيرات الأخرى المطلوبة لجميع أجهزة التكييف وفقاً لسجلات التسجيل أو حسب الطلب.
- تنظيف وصيانة وحدات معالجة الهواء، مراوح التهوية، مراوح الشفط، الغرف الباردة، وحدات التجميد / التكثيف، وحدات التبريد، مبردات الزجاجات، مبردات المياه، صانعات الثلج، محطة التكييف المركزية وملحقاتها حسب المقرر.
- إصلاح وفحص شامل لجميع معدات التكييف وما يتصل بها.
- إصلاح وصيانة جميع مجاري الهواء، عوازل المجاري ودعاماتها، ووحدات معالجة الهواء.
- إصلاح وصيانة وفحص شامل لجميع التوصيلات الكهربائية، مثل أنظمة إمداد الطاقة الرئيسية، المفاتيح، القواطع، المرحلات، المؤقتات، الفيوزات، أنظمة التحكم في الأسلاك، بما في ذلك محولات المفاتيح والقواطع والمرحلات.
- توزيع المناوبات على 3 فترات تغطي 24 ساعة، وقد تختلف الفترة من وقت لآخر حسب الحاجة.
- الإجازة الأسبوعية ستكون وفقاً لجدول العمل وقد تقع في أي يوم من أيام الأسبوع.
- قد تُسند مهام ومسؤوليات أخرى. يُتوقع من الموظف العمل في مناطق أخرى من الفندق عند الحاجة للمساعدة في العمليات، وأداء مهام غير واردة بالضرورة في هذا الوصف الوظيفي.

- تقديم التدريب لموظفي الهندسة في مجال الخبرة.
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية باستخدام قوائم الفحص.
- يجب أن تبقى جميع المناطق نظيفة ومرتبة.
- المساعدة في تقليل النفقات التشغيلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة ومعرفة واسعة في مجالات التكييف والهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية.
- المعرفة بالتشغيل.
- خريج هندسة أو كلية تقنية.

Job Description
An Engineering Technician within Waldorf Astoria Kuwait effectively demonstrates Waldorf Astoria Kuwait Delivery Standards through understanding, supporting, and participating in all elements. Responsible for ensuring that all areas of responsibility are maintained to the appropriate levels. Responsible for carrying out maintenance duties and repairs around the Hotel/Building property.

Responsible for ensuring that all areas of responsibility are maintained to the appropriate levels. Responsible for carrying out maintenance duties and repairs around the Hotel/Building property.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all Hilton Worldwide company policies.
- Comply with all Security Procedures implemented with hotel and department.
- Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Engineering Supervisor.
- The management reserves the right to change/extend this statement if necessary, at any point of time during her/his employment.
- Logs pressures, temperatures, amperes, and other required variables of all AC machinery as stipulated in log sheets or otherwise requested.
- Cleans and services as stipulated, air handling units, ventilation fans, exhaust fans, cold rooms, freezers/condensing units, cooler units, bottle coolers, water coolers, ice makers, central air conditioning plant and accessories.
- Repairs and overhauls all air-conditioning and allied equipment.
- Repairs and maintains all duct works, duct insulations and duct support and AHU.
- Repairs, maintains and overhauls all connected electrical wiring, i.e. main power supply systems, switches, contractors, relays, timers, fuses, control wiring systems, including transformer switches, contactors and relays.
- Allotment of duty will be in 3 shift covering 24 hours duty will differ from period to period according to the requirement.
- Regarding the day off as per the work schedule will likely to fall any day during the week.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job not necessarily contained in this job description.
- Undertake necessary training to maintain standard and methods in the Hotel guidelines including off-site training as required.
- Perform other assigned duties that contribute to the company’s mission and objective.
- Provide training to engineering staff in area of expertise.
- Perform preventive maintenance with check lists.
- All areas should be kept clean and tidy.
- To help in reducing the operational expenses
- Personal security and safety of the hotel property should be observed.
- Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Emergency Works, Installations & Fault Diagnoses.
- Extensive knowledge & experience in the field of AC, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Knowledgeable in operations
- Engineering or Technical College
