انضم إلى فريق EY في الخبر كمساعد - أخصائي تأشيرات ضمن فريق المواهب، حيث ستساهم في دعم عمليات التأشيرات والهجرة للموظفين في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MENA).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم عمليات التأشيرات والهجرة من البداية إلى النهاية عبر منطقة MENA، مع التركيز على متطلبات السعودية (KSA).
- التنسيق مع المتقدمين والجهات الحكومية والموردين الخارجيين للمساعدة في المعالجة في الوقت المناسب.
- تقديم إرشادات للموظفين حول إجراءات التأشيرات والمستندات والجداول الزمنية تحت الإشراف.
- المساعدة في تنسيق ترتيبات السفر والخدمات اللوجستية للموفدين ومسافري الأعمال.
- دعم تجديد التأشيرات والتمديدات ومتطلبات التنقل ذات الصلة.
- إعداد ومراجعة مستندات الهجرة وضمان دقتها واكتمالها.
- الحفاظ على سجلات ومتابعة محدثة لأنشطة التأشيرات والتنقل.
- دعم الامتثال لقوانين الهجرة في السعودية وMENA والسياسات الداخلية.
- التواصل مع الموظفين وفرق الموارد البشرية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لضمان التنسيق السلس.
- المساعدة في معالجة النفقات المتعلقة بالهجرة وفواتير الموردين.
- دعم تتبع التكاليف وتسويتها.
- تقديم دعم دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للموظفين بخصوص استفسارات الهجرة.
- رفع المشكلات عند الحاجة والمساعدة في حلها بشكل استباقي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال الهجرة أو عمليات الموارد البشرية أو أدوار التنسيق.
- اطلاع على عمليات التأشيرات داخل السعودية و/أو منطقة MENA.
- فهم أساسي للامتثال للعمالة والهجرة.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ورغبة في التعلم.
- يفضل خبرة في بيئة الخدمات المهنية أو متعددة الجنسيات.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم أساسي لعمليات ومتطلبات الهجرة في السعودية.
- مهارات تنسيق وتنظيم قوية.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات السرية.
- القدرة على إدارة المهام في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

The EY Immigration Team in MENA supports visa and immigration operations across multiple jurisdictions. As a Visa & Immigration Coordinator - Associate, you will be based in Riyadh and support the delivery of immigration processes for employees across the MENA region, with a focus on KSA mobility requirements.
Reporting to the MENA Business Travel Leader, you will assist in coordinating immigration activities, supporting employees with queries, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and in line with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Visa & Immigration
- Support end-to-end visa and immigration processes across MENA, with a focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA) requirements.
- Coordinate with applicants, government authorities, and external vendors to assist in timely processing.
- Provide guidance to employees on visa procedures, documentation, and timelines under supervision.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for secondees and business travelers.
- Support visa renewals, extensions, and related mobility requirements.
- Prepare and review immigration documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date records and trackers for visa and mobility activities.
- Support adherence to KSA and MENA immigration laws and internal policies.
- Liaise with employees, HR teams, and external stakeholders to support smooth coordination.
- Assist in processing immigration-related expenses and vendor invoices.
- Support tracking and reconciliation of costs.
- Provide timely and accurate support to employees regarding immigration queries.
- Escalate issues were required and support resolution in a proactive manner.
- Basic understanding of KSA immigration processes and requirements
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in immigration, HR operations, or coordination roles
- Exposure to visa processes within KSA and/or the MENA region
- Basic understanding of labor and immigration compliance
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Experience in a professional service or multinational environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
