شركة Ennismore تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير مالي (Director, Finance) للعمل في مشروع Faena Wadi Safar في الرياض (حي الوادي)، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
Faena هي سفارة ثقافية تخلق مراكز حيوية حيث يلتقي الفن والتصميم والضيافة الدافئة. نحن نبحث عن مدير مالي استراتيجي لقيادة الصحة المالية لمشروع Faena Wadi Safar خلال مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح وما بعدها، وضمان الشفافية والدقة والامتثال مع تمكين التميز التجاري وثقة الملاك. ستعمل كشريك موثوق للمدير العام والمدراء والمالكين، محولاً الرؤى المالية إلى قرارات تدعم البراعة الفنية والدقة التشغيلية والنمو المستدام لـFaena.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الإستراتيجية المالية للمشروع بما يتوافق مع الأهداف التشغيلية والتجارية.
- تقديم تحليلات مالية وتوقعات وتوصيات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات والنمو طويل الأمد.
- الشراكة مع الملاك والقيادة لتحديد مؤشرات الأداء المالي والأهداف.
- قيادة التخطيط المالي لمرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح بما في ذلك الميزانيات وتخصيص النفقات الرأسمالية (CAPEX) والتنبؤ التشغيلي.
- إنشاء الأنظمة والإجراءات والضوابط المالية لضمان الامتثال والدقة والجاهزية للانطلاق التشغيلي.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لمراقبة تكاليف ما قبل الافتتاح وإدارة الميزانيات بكفاءة.
- الإشراف على إعداد التقارير المالية الدقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد وفقًا للمعايير الدولية (IFRS) واللوائح المحلية والمعايير المؤسسية.
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين السعودية والالتزامات الضريبية ومتطلبات التدقيق.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة وتسويات ووثائق جاهزة للتدقيق للملاك والجهات التنظيمية.
- تنفيذ ضوابط داخلية قوية لحماية الأصول وإدارة المخاطر المالية.
- الشراكة مع رؤساء الأقسام لمراقبة الميزانيات ومراكز التكلفة والأداء التشغيلي.
- تعزيز تكامل الإيرادات وإدارة النفقات والربحية مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة الفاخرة.
- قيادة الفريق المالي وتوجيهه وإلهامه وتعزيز النمو المهني والتعاون والمساءلة.
- بناء ثقافة الدقة والشفافية والتميز التشغيلي داخل قسم المالية.
- دعم تخطيط التعاقب وتطوير المواهب، خاصة بين المواطنين السعوديين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قيادية عليا في مجال الضيافة الفاخرة أو المنتجعات أو التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإدارة المالية لمرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح، والتوقعات، والميزانيات، وإعداد التقارير.
- معرفة قوية بمتطلبات المحاسبة والضرائب والتنظيم في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- قدرة على العمل كشريك طبيعي للعمليات والقيادة، مع ترجمة الأرقام إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.

The Role
As Director of Finance, you will be the strategic steward of Faena Wadi Safar’s financial health. You will lead all financial operations during pre-opening and beyond, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance while enabling commercial excellence and owner confidence.

What You Will Create
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Faena Wadi Safar’s financial strategy, aligned with operational and business objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to support decision-making and long-term growth.
- Partner with ownership and leadership to define financial KPIs, targets, and success metrics.
- Lead pre-opening financial planning, including budgets, capital expenditure (CAPEX) allocations, and operational forecasting.
- Establish financial systems, procedures, and controls that ensure compliance, accuracy, and readiness for operational launch.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor pre-opening costs and manage budgets efficiently.
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, local regulations, and corporate standards.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, tax obligations, and audit requirements.
- Maintain detailed records, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation for ownership and regulatory bodies.
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and manage financial risk.
- Partner with department heads to monitor budgets, cost centers, and operational performance.
- Drive revenue integrity, expense management, and profitability while maintaining ultra-luxury service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Build a culture of precision, transparency, and operational excellence within the finance department.
- Support succession planning and talent development, particularly among Saudi nationals.
Who You Are
- A senior finance leader with experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or complex mixed-use developments.
- Proven expertise in pre-opening financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- A natural partner to operations and leadership, able to translate numbers into actionable insight.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
