We're Hiring: Manager – Powerplant (APU) 

Location: KSA

Our client in the aviation industry is seeking an experienced Manager – Powerplant (APU) to oversee the maintenance, reliability and performance of its APU fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage the APU maintenance program for the airline fleet

✔️ Plan maintenance schedules and repair work scopes

✔️ Oversee APU shop visits, repairs, and overhauls

✔️ Coordinate with MROs, OEMs, vendors, and repair facilities

✔️ Monitor APU reliability, performance, and maintenance costs

✔️ Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA and applicable aviation regulations

✔️ Analyze technical reports and recommend improvements

✔️ Manage maintenance budgets and contracts

Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience

🔹 Strong Powerplant/APU engineering background

🔹 Experience with Airline Technical Services or MRO operations

🔹 Knowledge of maintenance planning, reliability programs and vendor management

🔹 Familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements and compliance standards

🔹 Experience managing APU overhauls, repairs and maintenance contracts

Preferred Industry Background:

1. Airlines (Technical Services, Engineering, Powerplant Departments)

• 2. MRO Organizations specializing in Aircraft Engine/APU Maintenance
