مدير مستودعات القطارات والعربات والأنظمة هو دور قيادي من جانب العميل مسؤول عن التخطيط والتصميم والمشتريات والتسليم والاختبار والتشغيل والجاهزية التشغيلية لجميع مرافق مستودعات المترو والعربات والسكك الحديدية وأنظمة السكك لبرنامج مترو رئيسي في الرياض. يضمن الدور عمليات سكك حديدية آمنة وموثوقة ومتكاملة وفعالة مع إدارة الواجهات المعقدة بين البنية التحتية والمقاولين والمشغلين والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الاستراتيجية والتسليم والحوكمة لمرافق المستودعات والعربات والسكك الحديدية وأنظمة السكك.
- الإشراف على تصميم وبناء واختبار وتسليم بنية المستودعات التحتية.
- إدارة مشتريات العربات وأداء الموردين والاختبار والقبول ومتطلبات دورة الحياة.
- تقديم القيادة عبر أنظمة السكك الحديدية بما في ذلك الإشارات والاتصالات و SCADA والطاقة الجر وأنظمة E&M وأبواب الرصيف و AFC والأمن السيبراني والسكك الحديدية وأنظمة المستودعات.
- ضمان تكامل الأنظمة وإدارة الواجهات ومراقبة التكوين وضمان السلامة والامتثال التنظيمي.
- تنسيق الواجهات مع الأعمال المدنية والمرافق والطرق والمطورين والمشغلين والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- قيادة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والتجارب التشغيلية والجاهزية التشغيلية لدعم بدء الخدمة بنجاح.
- دعم المشتريات وإدارة العقود والموافقات الفنية ومراقبة التغيير ومراجعة المطالبات والمفاوضات التجارية.
- دفع إدارة المخاطر وضمان الجودة وثقافة السلامة والتحسين المستمر طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (هندسة السكك الحديدية، الكهربائية، الميكانيكية، هندسة الأنظمة أو مجال ذي صلة).
- التسجيل الهندسي المهني أو اعتماد معادل.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير أو شهادة مهندس معتمد (CEng) أو PE أو PMP أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في مشاريع السكك الحديدية والمترو والنقل الرئيسية.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة من جانب العميل في برامج السكك الحديدية الكبيرة.
- خبرة قوية في تطوير المستودعات، تسليم العربات، تكامل أنظمة السكك الحديدية، الاختبار والتشغيل والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق دولية متعددة التخصصات وواجهات أصحاب المصلحة المعقدة.
- يفضل خبرة في أنظمة المترو بدون سائق، مشاريع المترو الخضراء، والمعايير الدولية للسكك الحديدية (EN).

The Director of Depot, Rolling Stock and Systems (DRSS) is a senior client-side leadership role responsible for the planning, design, procurement, delivery, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of all metro depot facilities, rolling stock, track, and railway systems for a major metro programme in Riyadh. The role ensures safe, reliable, integrated, and efficient railway operations while managing complex interfaces between infrastructure, contractors, operators, regulators, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, delivery, and governance for depot facilities, rolling stock, track, and railway systems.
- Oversee design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of depot infrastructure.
- Manage rolling stock procurement, supplier performance, testing, acceptance, and lifecycle requirements.
- Provide leadership across railway systems including signalling, communications, SCADA, traction power, E&M systems, platform screen doors, AFC, cybersecurity, track, and depot systems.
- Ensure systems integration, interface management, configuration control, safety assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate interfaces with civil works, utilities, roads, developers, operators, regulators, and third-party stakeholders.
- Lead testing, commissioning, trial operations, and operational readiness activities to support successful service commencement.
- Support procurement, contract management, technical approvals, change control, claims review, and commercial negotiations.
- Drive risk management, quality assurance, safety culture, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Railway Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
- Professional Engineering registration or equivalent accreditation.
- Master's degree, Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in railway, metro, transit, or major transportation infrastructure projects.
- Proven client-side leadership experience on large rail programmes.
- Strong background in depot development, rolling stock delivery, railway systems integration, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary international teams and complex stakeholder interfaces.
- Preferred experience with driverless metro systems, greenfield metro projects, and international railway standards (EN).
- Strategic leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making.
- Railway systems integration, rolling stock engineering, depot operations, safety, and asset management.
- Programme delivery, interface management, risk management, contract administration, and change management.
