القدية هي مشروع جيجا ضمن رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، وتهدف إلى إنشاء وجهة ترفيهية وثقافية وللنمط الحياتي عالمية المستوى. يبحث الفريق عن مساعد مدير - مخاطر سلسلة التوريد لدعم أنشطة إدارة مخاطر سلسلة التوريد، ويشمل ذلك تحديد المخاطر الرئيسية عبر سلسلة التوريد لجميع فئات المشتريات في المؤسسة ودفع المبادرات لتخفيفها. مقر العمل: الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة مخاطر سلسلة التوريد: تحديد المخاطر المحتملة في سلسلة التوريد وتقييم احتمالية وتأثير تلك المخاطر باستخدام أطر تقييم المخاطر (مثل المخاطر التشغيلية والمالية والبيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة والامتثال والجيوسياسية والأمن السيبراني وقدرة الموردين وتركيز المخاطر).
- تطوير وصيانة ملفات تعريف مخاطر الموردين تشمل تسجيل المخاطر، وتحليل التبعية، وتحديد الموردين الحساسين.
- دعم تنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف وخطط الطوارئ لإدارة المخاطر المحددة وضمان استمرارية الأعمال.
- مراقبة العوامل الخارجية مثل التغييرات التنظيمية أو الكوارث الطبيعية أو اتجاهات السوق التي قد تؤثر على سلسلة التوريد.
- المساهمة في لوحات ووجهات نظر المخاطر على مستوى المؤسسة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات إدارة المخاطر المؤسسية والحوكمة.
- إشراك أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين: جمع المعلومات من جميع فرق الأعمال حول احتياجات سلسلة التوريد وأداء مخاطر الموردين لتجميع تبعيات سلسلة التوريد الكلية للمؤسسة.
- دعم جلسات التوعية لفرق الأعمال لتعلم كيفية الإبلاغ عن مخاطر الموردين / سلسلة التوريد إلى فريق إدارة علاقات الموردين ومخاطر سلسلة التوريد، وضمان استمرارية الأعمال في حال حدوث اضطرابات.
- إدارة الفريق والتعلم والتطوير: الإشراف على أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين ودعم نموهم المهني من خلال التوجيه.
- تعزيز ثقافة التعاون والأداء العالي داخل فريق إدارة علاقات الموردين ومخاطر سلسلة التوريد.
- الحوكمة والتقارير والتحسين المستمر: دعم تطوير وصيانة سياسات ومنهجيات وأدلة عمل مخاطر سلسلة التوريد.
- إعداد تقارير جاهزة للإدارة العليا ولوحات المعلومات وتحديثات الإدارة حول اتجاهات مخاطر سلسلة التوريد الرئيسية وحالة التخفيف.
- دفع التحسين المستمر في الأدوات وجودة البيانات والعمليات المتعلقة بإدارة علاقات الموردين ومخاطر سلسلة التوريد.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق والمراجعة ومتطلبات الامتثال المتعلقة بمخاطر الموردين والحوكمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في إدارة علاقات الموردين وسلسلة التوريد، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع واسعة النطاق مثل البناء أو العقارات أو التطوير الحضري.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في سلسلة التوريد أو المحاسبة أو القانون أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو المجالات ذات الصلة. يُفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال و/أو درجات متقدمة أخرى.
- يُفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) أو Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) أو Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
- خبرة في متطلبات الهيئات التنظيمية السعودية والإلمام بأهداف رؤية 2030 أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب، مع إجادة اللغة العربية بشكل مرغوب فيه للغاية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تحديد المخاطر ومعالجتها بفعالية.
- سجل حافل في العمل في بيئات تعاونية مشتركة بين الفرق مع القدرة على مواءمة الأهداف والاحتياجات المختلفة مع الاستراتيجية العامة للمؤسسة.
- فهم المشهد الثقافي والتجاري المحلي في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال خبرة عمل سابقة في المنطقة يُفضل.

Requirements
- Supply Chain Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and assess the likelihood and impact of the risks using risk assessment frameworks, (e.g., operational, financial, ESG, compliance, geopolitical, cybersecurity, capacity, and concentration risks)
- Develop and maintain supplier risk profiles, including risk scoring, dependency analysis, and critical supplier identification
- Support implementation of mitigation strategies and contingency plans to manage the identified risks and ensure business continuity
- Monitor external factors, such as regulatory changes, natural disasters, or market trends, that could disrupt the supply chain
- Contribute to enterprise‑level risk views and dashboards in alignment with ERM and governance requirements
- Internal Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collate information from all business teams on their supply chain needs, their supplier's risk performance to consolidate the organization's overall supply chain dependencies
- Support awareness sessions for the business teams to learn how to report supplier / supply chain risks to the SRM/SCR team, and to ensure business continuity in case of supply chain disruptions
- Team Management, Learning & Development
- Oversee and support junior team members, ensuring professional growth through mentorship
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the SRM & SCR Team
- Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support development and maintenance of supply chain risk policies, methodologies, and playbooks
- Prepare executive‑ready reports, dashboards, and management updates on key supply chain risk trends and mitigation status
- Drive continuous improvement in tools, data quality, and processes related to SRM and supply chain risk
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance requirements related to supplier risk and governance
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management & Supply Chain roles, ideally in large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain , accounting, Law, Finance, Business, or related fields. MBA and/or other advanced degrees preferred
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)
- Experience with KSA regulatory requirements and familiarity with Vision 2030 goals is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address risks effectively
- Proven track record of working in cross-collaborative environments and ensuring differing goals and needs align with overarching organizational strategy
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic highly desirable
- Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region is preferred
