تعلن شركة القدية (Qiddiya Investment Company) عن توفر وظيفة Director - Urban Planning في الرياض، حيث سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن توجيه استراتيجية التخطيط والتصميم عبر محفظة معقدة من المشاريع، مع ضمان التوافق بين الرؤية وجودة التصميم والجدوى التجارية والأهداف التطويرية طويلة المدى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطوير استراتيجية التخطيط والتصميم لتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية
- المشاركة في وضع وتنفيذ سياسات التصميم وإجراءاته وضوابطه
- المساعدة في إعداد ميزانية التخطيط والتصميم لدعم التنفيذ الفعال
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ إرشادات التصميم عبر مشاريع المحفظة
- دعم فرق التطوير في تصميم المشاريع وتنفيذها، بما في ذلك التوجيه التصميمي والمراجعة وعمليات المواصفات الداخلية
- الإشراف على تنسيق عملية التصميم بين عدة استشاريين من مرحلة ما قبل التصور وحتى التنفيذ لضمان التوافق مع المخطط الرئيسي

- خبرة عملية في استخدام AutoCAD وRevit

As Director - Urban Planning, you will play a central role in guiding planning and design strategy across a complex portfolio of projects. This role is focused on driving alignment between vision, design quality, commercial practicality, and long-term development objectives while working across internal teams and external consultants to support successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
As Director - Urban Planning, you will play a central role in guiding planning and design strategy across a complex portfolio of projects. This role is focused on driving alignment between vision, design quality, commercial practicality, and long-term development objectives while working across internal teams and external consultants to support successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support development of the Planning and Design strategy to achieve organizational objectives
- Participate in developing and enforcing design policies, processes, procedures, and controls
- Assist in preparing the Place, Planning and Design budget to support effective delivery
- Lead development and implementation of design guidelines across portfolio projects
- Support development teams across project design and construction, including design direction, review, and internal specification processes
- Oversee design process coordination among multiple consultants from pre-concept through execution to ensure alignment with the master plan
- Help organize, track, and monitor multiple project design packages to deliver consistent and efficient solutions
- Ensure design solutions are commercially viable and compliant with applicable rules and regulations
- Manage design processes from land acquisition through planning and detailed design approvals to meet agreed plans and targets
- Ensure projects align with the approved master plan and take corrective action when needed
- Lead team performance by setting objectives, managing performance, and developing team capability
- Provide direction, mentoring, coaching, and growth opportunities to strengthen and motivate the team
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience with large mixed-use destination developments
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience ensuring master plan compliance across large portfolio projects
- Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
