القدية تبحث عن مدير - اللافتات والإرشاد (Director - Signage and Wayfinding) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة استراتيجية الإرشاد واللافتات في مدينة القدية، وضمان تجربة زائر متكاملة ومتوافقة مع الهوية البصرية للعلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة والإشراف على تطوير وتنفيذ جميع عناصر اللافتات والإرشاد في أحياء مدينة القدية والمنطقة الأوسع
- قيادة تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الشاملة للافتات والإرشاد في مدينة القدية
- التعاون مع استشاريي التصميم لوضع أدلة إرشادية وأنماط شاملة للافتات والإرشاد تتماشى مع أهداف المنظمة وهوية العلامة
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمصممين والمخططين الحضريين وفرق الإنشاء لدمج حلول اللافتات في المباني والمساحات العامة
- التنسيق مع فرق التسويق والعلامة التجارية والاتصالات لضمان اتساق اللغة البصرية والرسائل الخاصة بالعلامة
- إظهار سلوكيات قيادية تتماشى مع قيم القدية، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة أولاً، بما في ذلك صلاحية إيقاف العمل عند الحاجة
- بناء وتطوير فريق اللافتات والإرشاد بالتعاون مع المدير الأعلى، وتوجيه الموظفين السعوديين الجدد في هذا المجال
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الجرافيكي أو التخطيط الحضري
- خبرة 10+ سنوات في قيادة أعمال اللافتات أو الإرشاد أو الرسوم البيئية في مشاريع تطويرية معقدة
- خبرة مثبتة في بناء الفرق وتوجيه مصممي التصميم الجرافيكي المبتدئين
- خبرة قوية في تطوير معايير اللافتات والأنماط وأدلة التصميم المتماشية مع العلامة
- خبرة في التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمخططين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة في مجال الإنشاء
- معرفة بمتطلبات السلامة وإمكانية الوصول والتنفيذ للافتات الأماكن العامة
- إتقان مهني للغة الإنجليزية
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في استخدام Adobe Creative Suite و AutoCAD و Revit
- الإلمام بأدوات الإرشاد والتخطيط القائمة على نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)
- إتقان مهني للغة العربية

As Director - Signage and Wayfinding, you will play a central role in defining how people navigate and experience Qiddiya City across districts and the wider estate. This role offers the opportunity to influence a highly visible design discipline at strategic level, working across internal and external stakeholders to create a clear, consistent, and brand-aligned wayfinding experience that supports both place-making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
As Director - Signage and Wayfinding, you will play a central role in defining how people navigate and experience Qiddiya City across districts and the wider estate. This role offers the opportunity to influence a highly visible design discipline at strategic level, working across internal and external stakeholders to create a clear, consistent, and brand-aligned wayfinding experience that supports both place-making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the development and delivery of all signage and wayfinding elements across Qiddiya City districts and the wider estate
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the overarching Qiddiya City signage and wayfinding strategy
- Partner with design consultants to create comprehensive signage and wayfinding guidelines and typologies aligned with organizational goals and brand identity
- Collaborate with architects, designers, urban planners, and construction teams to integrate signage solutions into buildings and public spaces
- Coordinate with marketing, branding, and communications teams to ensure consistency of visual language and brand messaging
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with Qiddiya values and champion a strong safety-first culture, including stop-work authority when needed
- Build and develop the signage and wayfinding team in partnership with the Senior Manager, including mentoring junior local Saudi hires in the field
Required Qualifications
- Degree in architecture, graphic design, or urban planning
- 10+ years leading signage, wayfinding, or environmental graphics on complex developments
- Proven experience building teams and mentoring junior design professionals
- Strong experience developing signage standards, typologies, and brand-aligned design guidelines
- Experience coordinating architects, planners, consultants, and construction stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety, accessibility, and implementation requirements for public realm signage
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Familiarity with GIS-based wayfinding and planning tools
- Professional proficiency in Arabic
