مطلوب أخصائي مبيعات (إعلانات) للعمل لدى شركة Urban Ridge Supplies في مدينة الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل كعضو رئيسي في الفريق، وستكون مسؤولاً عن دفع نمو الأعمال الجديدة، بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء، وتوسيع حضورنا في السوق. نبحث عن محترف استباقي لديه شغف بالمبيعات وفهم عميق لصناعة التسويق ليساهم في استمرار نجاحنا.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد وتطوير وضمان فرص أعمال جديدة من خلال توليد العملاء المحتملين والتواصل.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء المحتملين والحاليين.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط مبيعات استراتيجية لتحقيق أهداف الشركة وأهداف المبيعات.
  • فهم احتياجات العملاء ومتطلباتهم لاقتراح حلول وخدمات تسويقية مخصصة.
  • إعداد وتقديم عروض مبيعات مقنعة، وعروض، وعقود تجارية.
  • التفاوض على الشروط وإتمام الاتفاقيات لتعظيم الربحية.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التسويق والتسليم الداخلية لضمان تجربة سلسة للعملاء.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة، الأنشطة السوقية، واستراتيجيات المنافسين لتحديد فرص جديدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • سجل حافل بالنجاح في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في وكالة تسويق أو إعلانات.
  • فهم قوي لخدمات التسويق، بما في ذلك التسويق الرقمي، العلامات التجارية، والاتصالات.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، والعرض، والتفاوض.
  • قدرة مثبتة على تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
  • فرد متحمس وطموح مع عقلية استراتيجية.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج CRM وحزمة Microsoft Office.
  • يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to propose tailored marketing solutions and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services, including digital marketing, branding, and communications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
