تعمل شركة Thales في الرياض، السعودية، على توظيف فني صيانة وإنتاج (Maintenance and NPI Technician) لدعم عمليات الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية للمعدات الميدانية، والمشاركة في إدخال المنتجات الجديدة وتحسين الاستمرارية التشغيلية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمان التشغيل الموثوق والآمن والفعال للمعدات الميدانية من خلال تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية والميكانيكية الفعالة، وتقليل وقت التوقف، ودعم أنشطة إدخال المنتجات الجديدة، ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والصيانة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية والكهروميكانيكية في المعدات.
- تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقًا لجداول الصيانة.
- رفع تقارير عن جميع مشكلات المعدات والأعطال المتكررة إلى مدير الصيانة بشكل واضح وفي الوقت المناسب.
- استخدام المخططات الفنية والأدلة وأدوات التشخيص لأداء أنشطة الصيانة بدقة.
- دعم تركيب الآلات وتشغيلها وترقياتها.
- الاستجابة الفعالة للأعطال الطارئة لتقليل وقت توقف الإنتاج.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة، وإجراءات القفل/الوسم (LOTO)، وسياسات الشركة.
- تسجيل أنشطة الصيانة واستخدام قطع الغيار وحالة المعدات بدقة.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين لحل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة.
- دعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

JOB OBJECTIVE
To ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation and field equipment by performing effective electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, support at new product introduction activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while complying with safety and maintenance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical equipment faults.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to maintenance schedules.
- Report on all equipment issues, breakdowns, and recurring faults to the Maintenance Manager in a timely and clear manner.
- Use technical drawings, manuals, and diagnostic tools to perform maintenance activities accurately.
- Support machinery installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
- Respond effectively to emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company policies.
- Record maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment condition accurately.
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

- Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES

- To use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended.
