المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع الهندسة المدنية للسكك الحديدية بما في ذلك المسارات والجسور والمحطات وأنظمة الصرف.
  • دعم مهندسي الموقع في مراقبة أنشطة البناء لضمان الامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات ومعايير السلامة.
  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش والمسح الميداني وإعداد التقارير الفنية والوثائق.
  • مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية والحسابات ومواصفات المواد.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك مهندسي الميكانيكا والكهرباء والإشارات.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير السعودية ولوائح السكك الحديدية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
  • المساعدة في تحديد مخاطر المشروع واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتقديم التحديثات لمديري المشاريع.
  • دعم أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC).
  • المشاركة في مبادرات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في الموقع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الجنسية: يُفضل أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
  • المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها.
  • الخبرة: خريج جديد أو خبرة تدريبية/تدريب داخلي لا تتجاوز سنة واحدة.
  • فهم أساليب البناء والمواد وممارسات السلامة.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية، حل المشكلات، ومهارات تنظيمية.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
  • الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.
  • الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع والسفر بين مواقع المشاريع في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • رخصة قيادة مطلوبة لأعمال الميدان والتنقل بين موقع العمل والمكتب الرئيسي.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented National local Graduate Civil Engineer to join our railway infrastructure team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in railway design, construction, and maintenance projects. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of senior engineers and contribute to the successful delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality railway infrastructure. The job opening is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of railway civil engineering projects including tracks, bridges, stations, and drainage systems.
  • Support site engineers in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys and prepare technical reports and documentation.
  • Review engineering drawings, calculations, and material specifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and signaling engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi standards, railway regulations, and international best practices.
  • Assist in identifying project risks and proposing corrective actions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to project managers.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities.
  • Participate in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives on site.


Qualifications:

  • Nationality: Saudi National is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/training experience.
  • Understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah
  • Willing to work on-site and travel within project locations across Saudi Arabia.
  • Driving license required for field work assignment and travelling between job site and Head Office.
