تعلن شركة Deutsche Bahn للاستشارات والهندسة (DB Engineering & Consulting) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس إلكترونيات (أنظمة إشارات النقل) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة واعتماد تصاميم أنظمة الإشارات والمستندات الفنية ووثائق الواجهات، وضمان الامتثال لعقد التصميم والبناء ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات صاحب العمل.
  • الإشراف على تكامل أنظمة الإشارات مع المعدات الدارجة والاتصالات وأبواب المنصات وأنظمة الطاقة الجرّية وأنظمة التحكم التشغيلي (OCC/TCC).
  • تقديم القيادة الفنية أثناء اختبارات وتشغيل أنظمة الإشارات بما يشمل اختبار القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبار القبول في الموقع (SAT) واختبارات التكامل والاختبارات الديناميكية والتشغيل التجريبي.
  • مراقبة أداء أنظمة الإشارات وضمان الامتثال لمستهدفات الموثوقية والتوفر وقابلية الصيانة والسلامة (RAMS) والمتطلبات التشغيلية (مثل الفواصل الزمنية بين القطارات وملفات السرعة) ومعايير السلامة.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق ومراجعات تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) وعمليات ضمان الجودة المتعلقة بتركيب أنظمة الإشارات وتكوينها وتشغيلها.
  • تقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بأنظمة الإشارات وأنماط الأعطال وتحديات الواجهات، وضمان تنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف المناسبة ومتابعتها.
  • التنسيق مع فرق إدارة المشاريع والإنشاءات (PMCM) وفرق مقاول التصميم والبناء لأنظمة الإشارات وموردي الأنظمة وجهة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M) وممثلي صاحب العمل لحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان جاهزية النظام.
  • إعداد تقارير أنظمة الإشارات وتقييمات التكامل وتحليلات الأداء ووثائق الامتثال لمراجعة صاحب العمل وتقارير PMCM.
  • تقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بأنظمة الإشارات وأنماط الأعطال وتحديات الواجهات، وضمان تنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف المناسبة ومتابعتها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة النظم أو تخصص ذي صلة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال أنظمة الإشارات.
  • خبرة واسعة في أنظمة الإشارات للسكك الحديدية بما في ذلك أنظمة التحكم التلقائي في القطارات (ATC/ATO) ونظام التحكم في القطارات القائم على الاتصالات (CBTC) وأنظمة التقاطع والكشف عن القطارات وتكامل أنظمة الإشارات.
  • فهم قوي للواجهات بين أنظمة الإشارات والمعدات الدارجة والاتصالات وأبواب المنصات وأنظمة الطاقة الجرّية ونظام التحكم الإشرافي (SCADA) وعمليات OCC/TCC.
  • قدرة مثبتة على مراجعة والتحقق من الوثائق الفنية بما في ذلك تصاميم الإشارات ووثائق التحكم في الواجهات وإجراءات الاختبار وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وتقارير التشغيل.
  • الإلمام بأطر عمل RAMS وتصنيفات مستويات السلامة (SIL) ومعايير السلامة مثل EN 50126 / EN 50129 لأنظمة الإشارات.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات لتقييم أداء النظام وتشخيص المشكلات وتطوير استراتيجيات تخفيف فعالة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والتواصل للعمل ضمن فرق PMCM متعددة التخصصات والتواصل مع المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve signalling system designs, technical submittals, and interface documentation, ensuring compliance with the D&B Contract, safety standards, and Employer Requirements.
  • Oversee system integration of signalling with rolling stock, telecommunications, platform screen doors, traction power systems, and OCC/TCC operational control systems.
  • Provide technical leadership during signalling testing & commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, integration testing, dynamic testing, and trial running.
  • Monitor signalling system performance, ensuring compliance with RAMS targets, operational requirements (e.g. headways, speed profiles), and safety criteria.
  • Participate in inspections, audits, NCR reviews, and quality assurance processes related to signalling system installation, configuration, and operation.
  • Assess signalling-related risks, failure modes, and interface challenges, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented and tracked.
  • Coordinate with PMCM teams, D&B Contractor signalling teams, system suppliers, O&M Entity, and Employer representatives to resolve technical issues and ensure system readiness.
  • Prepare signalling system reports, integration assessments, performance analyses, and compliance documentation for Employer review and PMCM reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline, with 15+ years of relevant signalling experience
  • Extensive experience in railway signalling systems, including ATC/ATO, CBTC, interlocking systems, train detection, and signalling‑system integration.
  • Strong understanding of interfaces between signalling systems and rolling stock, telecoms, PSDs, traction power, SCADA, and OCC/TCC operations.
  • Proven ability to review and validate technical documentation including signalling designs, interface control documents, test procedures, NCRs, and commissioning reports.
  • Familiarity with RAMS frameworks, SIL classifications, and safety standards such as EN 50126 / EN 50129 for signalling systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess system performance, diagnose issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for working within multi-disciplinary PMCM teams and engaging with contractors and stakeholders.
  • High level of professional integrity, technical rigor, and adaptability required for complex system integration within a metro megaproject.
