تقدم Deutsche Bahn خدماتها الهندسية والاستشارية في قطاع السكك الحديدية عالمياً. منذ عام 1966، نفذت آلاف المشاريع في أكثر من 100 دولة، ويعمل لديها حوالي 5,000 موظف من 84 جنسية. نحن نبحث عن مهندس أنظمة نقل أول للعمل في الرياض، للإشراف على تصميم وتكامل أنظمة النقل في مشاريع المترو.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة مراجعة واعتماد تصاميم أنظمة النقل والمستندات الفنية وضمان الامتثال لعقد التصميم والبناء ومتطلبات صاحب العمل.
  • التنسيق والإشراف على تكامل الأنظمة عبر الإشارات/ATC، الاتصالات، القوائم المتحركة، الطاقة الجر، أبواب الرصيف، SCADA، أنظمة المستودعات، وأنظمة المحطات.
  • تقديم القيادة الفنية أثناء أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل بما في ذلك FAT و SAT واختبارات التكامل وعروض النظام والتشغيل التجريبي.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام على المستوى الكلي وضمان الامتثال لأهداف RAMS والمتطلبات التشغيلية ومعايير السلامة لعمليات المترو الآلي.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق وعمليات NCR وأنشطة ضمان الجودة لضمان التركيب والتكوين والتكامل الصحيحين للأنظمة.
  • تقييم المخاطر الفنية ومشكلات الواجهات وتغييرات التصميم وضمان إدارة التأثيرات على أداء النظام والتكامل والجاهزية التشغيلية.
  • التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق PMCM ومقاول التصميم والبناء وموردي الأنظمة وجهة التشغيل والصيانة وأصحاب المصلحة لحل مشكلات النظام ومواءمة الأهداف.
  • إعداد تقارير فنية شاملة وتقييمات للنظام وتحديثات التكامل ووثائق التقدم لدعم تقارير PMCM واتخاذ قرارات صاحب العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة النظم أو هندسة السكك الحديدية أو تخصص ذي صلة مع 15+ سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة واسعة في هندسة أنظمة السكك الحديدية أو المترو تشمل الإشارات والاتصالات وواجهات القوائم المتحركة وأنظمة الطاقة وتكامل الأنظمة.
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ تكامل الأنظمة وإدارة الواجهات والترابطات في بيئات المترو الآلي متعددة الأنظمة المعقدة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على مراجعة والتحقق من المستندات الفنية ووثائق التحكم في الواجهات وخطط الاختبار وNCR ومخرجات التشغيل.
  • الإلمام بأطر RAMS ومعايير السلامة (مثل EN 50126/50129) ومتطلبات الأداء لأنظمة المترو بدون سائق (UTO).
  • قدرات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات لتقييم المخاطر وتقييم سلوك النظام وتنفيذ حلول هندسية فعالة.
  • مهارات قيادة وتنسيق ومشاركة ممتازة مع أصحاب المصلحة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبيرة متعددة العقود.
  • مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية والدقة الفنية والقدرة على التكيف لإدارة تحديات تكامل الأنظمة المعقدة في مشروع مترو ضخم.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review and approval of transit system designs, technical submittals, and interface documentation, ensuring compliance with the D&B Contract and Employer Requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee system integration across signalling/ATC, telecoms, rolling stock, traction power, PSDs, SCADA, depot systems, and station systems.
  • Provide technical leadership during testing & commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, integration tests, system demonstrations, and trial running.
  • Monitor system-level performance, ensuring compliance with RAMS targets, operational requirements, and safety standards for automated metro operations.
  • Participate in inspections, audits, NCR processes, and quality assurance activities to ensure correct installation, configuration, and integration of transit systems.
  • Assess technical risks, interface issues, and design changes, ensuring impacts on system performance, integration, and operational readiness are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate closely with PMCM teams, D&B Contractor disciplines, system suppliers, O&M Entity, and Employer stakeholders to resolve system issues and align objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports, system assessments, integration updates, and progress documentation to support PMCM reporting and Employer decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Railway Engineering, or related discipline, with 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in rail or metro transit systems engineering, covering signalling, telecoms, rolling stock interfaces, power systems, and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of system integration principles, interface management, and interdependencies in complex, multi-system automated metro environments.
  • Proven ability to review and validate technical submittals, interface control documents, test plans, NCRs, and commissioning deliverables.
  • Familiarity with RAMS frameworks, safety standards (e.g., EN 50126/50129), and performance requirements for UTO metro systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to assess risks, evaluate system behaviour, and implement effective engineering solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills within large, multi-contract infrastructure projects.
  • High level of professionalism, technical rigor, and adaptability required to manage complex system integration challenges in a metro megaproject environment.
