تعلن شركة DB Engineering & Consulting، إحدى شركات مجموعة Deutsche Bahn الرائدة عالمياً في مجال السكك الحديدية، عن توفر وظيفة خبير عمليات الحافلات (Bus Operations Expert) في مكتبها الفرعي بمدينة مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم التوجيه والإشراف والدعم والاستشارات لمدير المشروع وخبير النقل العام في جميع أنشطة النقل العام المتعلقة بعمليات الحافلات.
  • أعمال ميدانية لضمان مطابقة العمليات للمعايير المطلوبة وتطبيق التطوير المستمر.
  • ضمان إتمام عمليات حافلات مكة في الوقت المحدد، وضمن الميزانية، ووفقاً لمعايير الجودة المطلوبة.
  • العمل مع مشغل حافلات مكة والجهات الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع والجهات المعنية الأخرى لتطوير وتنفيذ حلول النقل.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع العمليات للوائح المحلية والولائية والاتحادية، وإعطاء الأولوية لسلامة الركاب.
  • تنفيذ وإدارة التطورات التكنولوجية لتحسين تقديم الخدمات، مثل التتبع الفوري وأنظمة التحصيل الآلي للأجرة.
  • التواصل مع المجتمع لجمع الملاحظات وتثقيف الجمهور حول الخدمات وتعزيز فوائد النقل العام.
  • معالجة التحديات التشغيلية وتطوير حلول لتحسين موثوقية الخدمة وكفاءتها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس - مؤهل ومعتمد.
  • خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 سنة تتضمن 5 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في مجال عمليات الحافلات أو النقل العام أو دور مشابه.
  • يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة إقليمية ودولية، وتحديداً خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
  • خبير متمرس وذو خبرة من خلفية تشغيل الحافلات، قادر على تقديم التوجيه والإشراف والمشورة في جميع الأمور التشغيلية للحافلات.
  • خبرة في العمل مع الوزارات والجهات الحكومية والجهات المعنية العامة والخاصة في الشرق الأوسط.
  • خبرة في بيئة التشغيل والصيانة الكبيرة، والقدرة على إدارة القوى العاملة متعددة الجنسيات.
  • يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثاً وكتابة وقراءة، بالإضافة إلى إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • يشترط أن يكون المتقدم مسلماً (مكان العمل: مدينة مكة المكرمة).
  • إلمام كامل باستخدام الحاسوب.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة ضرورية للنجاح في هذا الدور.
  • رخصة قيادة مطلوبة للتنقل إلى المواقع أو لحضور الاجتماعات الفنية مع ممثل العميل.

We are seeking a Bus Operations Expert as part of our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office. The job opening is located in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and offers exciting challenges and potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction, supervision, support and guidance on all public transportation activities for Bus operations to the Project Director and Public Transport Expert.
  • Field-based duties to ensure operations are to the required standards and continuous development is implemented.
  • Ensure the Makkah Bus Operations are completed in a timely manner, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work with the Makkah Bus Operator, government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop and implement transportation solutions.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, and prioritize passenger safety.
  • Implement and manage technological advancements to improve service delivery, such as real-time tracking and automated fare collection systems.
  • Engage with the community to gather feedback, educate the public about services, and promote public transportation benefits.
  • Address operational challenges and develop solutions to improve service reliability and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, Qualified, Chartered
  • Total minimum of 15 years plus experience includes 5 years relevant experience in the field of bus operations, public transport or a similar role.
  • Preferably with regional and international expertise, specifically experience in the Middle East.
  • Seasoned, well experienced professional from a bus operating background and shall provide direction, supervision, advice and guidance on all bus operational matters.
  • Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, Public & Private Stakeholders in the Middle East.
  • Experience in big operation and maintenance set-up and can handle multi-national workforce.
  • Preferably proficiency in Arabic language, speaking, writing & reading. Plus, English language skills both spoken and written.
  • Only Muslim Applicants – Work Location: Makkah City.
  • Full Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.
  • Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
