تعلن شركة دويتشه بان (Deutsche Bahn) عن توفر وظيفة خبير عمليات النقل حسب الطلب (DRT Operation Expert) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين عمليات النقل حسب الطلب (DRT) لضمان تقديم خدمات مرنة وفعالة.
  • تطوير وإدارة استراتيجيات تشغيل DRT بما في ذلك مناطق الخدمة ومنطق التوجيه والجدولة واستخدام الأسطول.
  • الإشراف على دمج خدمات DRT مع عمليات الحافلات وأنظمة AVM ومنصات معلومات الركاب.
  • مراقبة الأداء التشغيلي ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وجودة الخدمة، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
  • تحليل أنماط الركاب وبيانات الطلب وأداء الخدمة لتحسين الكفاءة وتجربة العملاء.
  • التنسيق مع مزودي التكنولوجيا لضمان التشغيل الفعال لمنصات DRT والخوارزميات والتطبيقات المحمولة.
  • دعم التواصل مع العملاء ونشر الوعي بالخدمة، بما في ذلك إرشادات الخدمة وإجراءات الحجز والتحديثات الفورية.
  • التعاون مع الجهات المعنية والمشغلين لضمان التكامل متعدد الوسائط السلس والتحسين المستمر للخدمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تخطيط النقل أو الهندسة أو إدارة العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في عمليات النقل العام، مع خبرة مثبتة في DRT أو خدمات التنقل حسب الطلب.
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة DRT وخوارزميات التوجيه وأدوات تحسين الجدولة.
  • خبرة في تكامل أنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS) بما في ذلك AVM وأنظمة معلومات الركاب والمنصات الرقمية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على تحليل البيانات التشغيلية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) ومقاييس أداء الخدمة.
  • خبرة في العمل مع بائعي التكنولوجيا ومزودي المنصات في مجال التنقل أو أنظمة النقل الذكية.
  • معرفة بمفاهيم التنقل الحضري والتكامل متعدد الوسائط وتصميم الخدمات الموجهة للعملاء.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة في بيئات متعددة التخصصات ومتعددة الثقافات.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) operations, ensuring efficient and flexible service delivery.
  • Develop and manage DRT operational strategies, including service zones, routing logic, scheduling, and fleet utilization.
  • Oversee integration of DRT services with bus operations, AVM systems, and passenger information platforms.
  • Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and service quality, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Analyze ridership patterns, demand data, and service performance to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with technology providers to ensure effective operation of DRT platforms, algorithms, and mobile applications.
  • Support customer communication and service awareness, including service guidelines, booking processes, and real-time updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and operators to ensure seamless multimodal integration and continuous service improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Transport Planning, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in public transport operations, with proven exposure to DRT or on-demand mobility services.
  • Strong understanding of DRT systems, routing algorithms, and scheduling optimization tools.
  • Experience with ITS integration, including AVM, passenger information systems, and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze operational data, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
  • Experience working with technology vendors and platform providers in mobility or smart transport systems.
  • Knowledge of urban mobility concepts, multimodal integration, and customer-focused service design.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multi-disciplinary and multicultural environments.
