شركة دويتشه بان للهندسة والاستشارات (DB Engineering & Consulting) تبحث عن محاسب (مبتدئ / خريج جديد) للعمل في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية في النظام المحاسبي
  • صيانة وتحديث حسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام
  • إعداد قيود اليومية والتأكد من توثيقها بشكل صحيح
  • المساعدة في معالجة فواتير الموردين والمدفوعات
  • مراقبة حسابات القبض ومتابعة المبالغ المستحقة
  • دعم إعداد التقارير والقوائم المالية الشهرية
  • المساعدة في تسوية الحسابات البنكية وتسوية الحسابات الأخرى
  • المساعدة في تتبع المصروفات والميزانيات
  • المساعدة في إعداد بيانات الرواتب (إذا لزم الأمر)
  • أداء المهام المالية الأخرى حسب التكليف

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 1 سنة في المحاسبة أو المالية (يفضّل وجود خبرة تدريبية)
  • معرفة أساسية بمبادئ المحاسبة (يفضّل معرفة المعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية IFRS)
  • الإقامة في الرياض أو الرغبة في الانتقال إليها

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel وتطبيقات Office
  • مهارات تحليلية وعددية قوية
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ودقة عالية
  • مهارات جيدة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts
  • Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Support preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
  • Help track expenses and budgets
  • Assist in payroll data preparation (if required)
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 0-1 year of experience in accounting or finance (internship experience is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good English communication skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah
