تعلن شركة Perfect Vision عن توفر وظيفة مهندس صيانة وإصلاح أجهزة IoT الإلكترونية (Electronics IoT Repair and Maintenance Engineer) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق الإلكترونيات والعمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص وإصلاح أنظمة LMI (مؤشر حمل الرفع) و PWAS (نظام الإنذار المبكر) و DMS (نظام إدارة السائق) المستلمة من العملاء للإصلاح الداخلي، والتحقق من مكونات الأجهزة لتحديد المشكلات المحتملة.
- إجراء الصيانة والإصلاحات المجدولة وغير المجدولة وقطع الغيار لأجهزة PWAS و LMI و DMS.
- تشخيص وحل أعطال الأجهزة وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية لإطالة عمر الأجهزة وتقليل مخاطر الأعطال غير المتوقعة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ولوائح السلامة والالتزام بأفضل ممارسات السلامة الكهربائية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاحات، وتحديث أدلة الأجهزة والوثائق حسب الحاجة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لأعطال الأجهزة لتقليل شكاوى العملاء.
- التعاون مع فريق الحلول لتنفيذ الترقيات والتعديلات والتحسينات على أجهزة Perfect Vision حسب الحاجة.
- إدارة والحفاظ على مخزون قطع الغيار والمعدات اللازمة للإصلاح والاستبدال.
- تقديم التدريب والتطوير للفنيين الميدانيين بشأن الأجهزة الجديدة أو تحسينات الأجهزة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (IoT أو ميكانيكية أو كهربائية).
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال صيانة الإلكترونيات وحل المشكلات، مع التركيز على الأنظمة الإلكترونية.
- معرفة برموز الأنظمة الإلكترونية ولوائحها وأفضل الممارسات.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الإلكترونية والرسومات الهندسية.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات الإلكترونيات لاختبار وتشخيص أجهزة Perfect Vision.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق.

- Inspect and Repair LMI (load moment indicator), PWAS and DMS Systems: Regularly inspect and repair devices received from clients for in-house repair, check devices components to identify issues and potential problems.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and replacements of PWAS, LMI and DMS parts.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot devices malfunctions or failures, identify the root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to extend device lifespan and reduce the risk of unexpected failures.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and standards and adhere to best practices for electrical safety.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Update device manuals if any and documentation as needed.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to devices failures to minimize client complaints.
- Upgrades and Improvements: Collaborate with Solutions team to implement upgrades, modifications, and improvements of Perfect Vision devices as required.
- Spare Parts Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for repairs and replacements.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development for field technicians for new devices or devices improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IoT, Mechanical and Electrical).
- Proven experience in electronics maintenance and troubleshooting, with a focus on electronics systems.
- Knowledge of electronics codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electronics schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using electronics tools for testing and diagnosing Perfect Vision devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to electrical work.
- Electronics licenses or certifications.
- Training in specific equipment or systems relevant to the organization's industry.
