المهام والمسؤوليات

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل معادل وفقًا للإطار الأوروبي للمؤهلات (EFQ)
- حاصل على شهادة ASPP أو RSPP
- فهم تشريعات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الإيطالية
- إتقان متقدم للغة الإيطالية والإنجليزية

In this role, you’ll put the vital steps in place to make sure everyone at your location works in a safe and healthy environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a difference to people every day. Key job responsibilities
As a WHS Specialist supporting your WHS Manager across a cluster of 5-7 delivery stations, your key responsibilities include:
You’ll be based on location at one of our sites, which could be one of our fulfilment centres, sortation centres or delivery stations. Being on site means that you can keep a close eye on the processes. As well as helping us stay on top of health and safety compliance, you’ll spot potential issues and identify opportunities for improvement. That means working closely with people across the business to get to know the risks they experience and gathering data to identify smarter and safer ways that we can work. You’ll also set up training and other programmes to help everyone follow new safety processes and reach new standards.

Our team works with managers, associates and local governments across our sites, making sure we’re complying with Amazon’s policies and legal regulations, and that our workplaces are safe.

No matter what your role is, you’ll play a part in developing, implementing and upholding our high safety and wellbeing standards. You could work on a variety of projects alongside colleagues from across the business, ranging from equipment and process inspections to assessing processes, building and equipment design.

- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of qualification in-line with the European Qualifications Framework (EFQ)
- ASPP or RSPP certified
- Understanding of Italian Environment, Health and Safety legislation
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English
