We are looking for an experienced Logistics Officer to join our team and support the efficient movement of materials across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation requirements, including staff movement and company vehicle scheduling
- Manage and monitor drivers’ assignments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services
- Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with safety regulations
- Communicate with drivers and internal departments to ensure smooth transportation operations
- Handle driver attendance, leave coordination, and duty rosters
- Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents, registrations, and insurance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations
- Prepare regular reports related to fleet performance and driver activities
- Support continuous improvement in transportation efficiency and cost optimization
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in transportation, fleet management, or HR logistics
- Previous experience managing drivers and company vehicles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet tracking, and transportation operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet/transportation tracking systems
- Experience in the construction or field-based environment is an advantage
