The Branch Director is responsible to manage the overall operations of the branch effectively and efficiently to ensure that Khazeen is aligned with industrial best practices.

Responsibilities

• Sets the appropriate coordination mechanisms to coordinate all Khazeen operations at the branches level, with the objective of guaranteeing safety and continuous improvement on operational efficiency and effectiveness to support the Khazeen strategic objectives.
• Leads the process of production and maintenance processes, to cover safe product loading and unloading operations, and safe operations and maintenance of Khazeen industrial assets.
• Ensures continuous improvement of the operating processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Directs the design, implementation and management of an effective control system and process to measure and improve operations’ performance.
• Continuously monitors industrial operations’ performance, undertake corrective actions.
• Ensures the efficient and effective execution of approved investment projects to upgrade Khazeen asset base.
• Takes necessary actions that would ensure maintenance engineering processes are aligned to best-in-class standards to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensures that both internal operating objectives and target performance levels agreed with by Business Units are met.
• Collaborates on the development of the Khazeen Strategic Plan and Yearly Budget for the activities related to Operations.
• Directs all technical activities related to the approved investment projects, including technical planning/engineering, technical assessment of potential contractors, and construction.
• Recommends investments and resources required to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Network with co-professionals in similar industries in order to increase knowledge-sharing which will strengthen and improve collaboration to achieve the desired levels of productivity.
• Continually update his team with related local and international standards, trends and work practices that governs his area of work and identify measures that can be recommended for effective adaptation and deployment within Khazeen.
• Spot opportunities for growth and development in his area of work by evaluating Khazeen practices against its benchmarked competitors at KSA level and regional level with his direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent, MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
