يسر شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية الإعلان عن توفر وظيفة مساعد عام (General Aide) في كل من مكة المكرمة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتقديم خدمات الدعم للمرضى والموظفين وتعزيز تدفق العمل وكفاءة الخدمة في جميع الأقسام.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • نقل أو مرافقة المرضى القادرين على الحركة أو الذين يستخدمون الكراسي المتحركة، مع أو بدون مرافق، حسب قرار مدير التمريض أو الممرضة المسؤولة.
  • نقل المرضى المصابين أو غير المستقرين على الأسرة أو الكراسي المتحركة بين الأقسام والعنابر والوحدات، برفقة ممرض أو طبيب حسب الحاجة.
  • المساعدة في نقل المرضى غير القادرين على الحركة من وإلى الأسرة أو الكراسي المتحركة أو النقالات.
  • دعم نقل المعدات الطبية المستخدمة أثناء نقل المرضى بين الطوابق والوحدات.
  • العمل كساعي لنقل العينات والأدوية والدم والمعدات والمستندات والبريد والتقارير والسجلات الطبية بين العنابر والوحدات حسب الحاجة.
  • جمع وتسليم الإمدادات والمواد من مناطق التخزين إلى الطوابق والوحدات المعنية.
  • المساعدة في إجراءات خروج المرضى ومرافقة المرضى الخارجين إلى سياراتهم باستخدام الكراسي المتحركة.
  • توعية المرضى بمكافحة العدوى والوقاية من السقوط.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات العزل حسب توجيهات مدير الوحدة بناءً على سياسات وإجراءات مكافحة العدوى.
  • المشاركة في الفحص البيئي والجولات الهادفة وإبلاغ مدير الوحدة أو الممرضة المسؤولة عن أي مخالفات لمعايير السلامة.
  • فحص الغرف الشاغرة للتأكد من جاهزيتها للدخول وفق قائمة التدقيق (Room Readiness)، ورفع أي مشكلات صيانة إلى مدير الوحدة أو الممرضة المسؤولة.
  • التواجد في المحطة والرد على أجراس الاستدعاء وإبلاغ الممرضة المسؤولة عن أي طلبات من المرضى.
  • البقاء في الوحدة أو منطقة الخدمة المخصصة ما لم يكن منخرطاً في أعمال أخرى أو بموافقة الشخص المسؤول.
  • تسهيل تدفق المرضى للأطباء في العيادة المخصصة.
  • العمل كمرافق في العيادة وتوجيه المرضى إلى المناطق المختلفة داخل مرفق فقيه للرعاية الصحية حسب الحاجة.
  • المساعدة في نقل المرضى غير القادرين على الحركة من وإلى أسرة الفحص أو الكراسي المتحركة أو النقالات.
  • المساعدة في مهام النقل (portering) حسب الحاجة داخل قسم العيادات الخارجية.
  • المساعدة في تقييم المرضى (قياس الطول والوزن) وفقاً للكفاءة المطلوبة.
  • الحفاظ على نهج إيجابي واستباقي تجاه التحديات.
  • أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
  • المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في مبادرات التوعية والتدريب لمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية.
  • الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لشركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أن يكون في حالة بدنية جيدة نظراً لأن الوظيفة تتطلب الوقوف معظم اليوم وتتضمن المشي والرفع ودفع الأسرة والكراسي المتحركة والنقالات والمعدات.
  • خبرة سابقة في بيئة الرعاية الصحية أو دور دعم (يفضل).
  • شهادة الثانوية العامة.
  • القدرة على متابعة التعليمات الشفهية والمكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على التحدث باللغة العربية (يفضل).

Description

Job Purpose:

To offer support services to patients and staff to enhance patient flow and service efficiency across all departments. The general aid assigned in the outpatient clinics offers purely chaperoning and support services to the patients in the outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Transfers or accompany stable ambulatory patients or those in wheelchairs, with or without an escort, based on the decision of the Nursing Unit Manager or Charge Nurse
  • Transports sick or unstable patients on beds or wheelchairs between departments, wards, and units, accompanied by a nurse or physician as required
  • Assists with the movement of dependent patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers
  • Supports the movement of medical equipment used during patient transfers between floors and units
  • Acts as a courier for transporting specimens, medications, blood, equipment, paperwork, mail, reports, and medical records between wards and units as required
  • Collects and deliver supplies and materials from storage areas to the concerned floors and units
  • Assists with the completion of discharge work and escort discharged patients to their cars in wheelchairs
  • Provides patient education on infection control and fall prevention
  • Follows all isolation policies as instructed by the Unit Manager based on infection control policies and procedures
  • Participate in environmental checks and purposeful rounds and inform the Unit Manager or Charge Nurse of any non-compliance with safety standards
  • Checks vacant rooms for admission readiness by following the Room Readiness checklist, escalating any maintenance issues or findings to the Unit Manager or Charge Nurse
  • Remains presentable in the station, answers call bells and informs the Charge Nurse of any patient requests
  • Remains in the assigned unit or service area unless engaged in work activities or with the approval of the person in charge Outpatient Clinic Duties:
  • Facilitates patient flow for physicians in the assigned clinic
  • Acts as a chaperone in the clinic setting and directs patients to different areas of Fakeeh Healthcare facility as needed
  • Assists with the transfer of dependent patients to and from examination beds, wheelchairs or stretchers
  • Assists with portering duties as needed within the outpatient department
  • Assists in patient assessment (checking of height and weight) as per competency
  • Maintains a positive and proactive approach to challenges.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Must be in good physical condition as the job requires staff to be on their feet most of the day and involves walking and lifting along with pushing beds, wheelchairs, stretchers, and equipment

Experience

Previous experience in a healthcare setting or a support role is desirable.

Language

The ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English. Ability to speak Arabic preferred
