Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue goods and materials in accordance with established warehouse policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Supervise the receipt of incomined to the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.g goods, inspect them, and verify that they comply with specifications, supporting documents, and accompanying invoices.
- Receive, store, and organize incoming materials in accordance with approved storage standards.
- Supervise the preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Goods Issue Notes (GINs) and ensure they are properly recorded in warehouse records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date manual or computerized records of received, issued, and available inventory in accordance with company procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of periodic inventory and warehouse statistical reports and submit them to the direct manager.
- Notify the direct manager when stock levels reach the reorder point.
- Report slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged materials to the direct manager and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Assist inventory count committees during periodic and annual stock-taking activities.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and security regulations.
- Prepare performance evaluation reports for warehouse employees and recommend appropriate training programs.
- Ensure warehouse databases and inventory records are regularly updated.
- Prepare and submit periodic and annual reports on warehouse activities and achievements to the direct manager.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager that are within the scope of the position.

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong supervisory and follow-up skills.

- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Performance evaluation and employee assessment skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Please note that the training period will be conducted in Jeddah, while the actual job location will be in Riyadh. Candidates should be willing and able to complete the training in Jeddah and relocate to Riyadh upon successful completion of the training program.
