Job Title: Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia

Contract: Yearly Renewable

Role Overview

The IGA Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Identity Governance and Administration solution, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the IGA platform ensuring availability and operational stability.
• Configure workflows, RBAC models, access policies, and governance controls.
• Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and access provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Integrate IGA with Active Directory, LDAP, Linux, Windows, and database systems.
• Support application onboarding, identity synchronization, and entitlement management.
• Manage patching, upgrades, and change management activities.
• Support access review and certification campaigns with reports and technical inputs.
• Troubleshoot IGA-related issues and provide on-call support when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IAM/IGA or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, IBM ISIM, Oracle Identity Governance, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant IGA certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) required.
• Banking/financial sector experience is a plus.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of RBAC, SoD, access certification, and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA CSF, or NCA ECC frameworks.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
