📢 We're Hiring | Quantity Surveyor (MEP & Fire Protection)

We are seeking a highly qualified Quantity Surveyor - MEP to support a large-scale government project in Riyadh that is currently progressing through the detailed design phase.

Key Requirements:

✔ Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and communication)

✔ Previous experience in government projects within Saudi Arabia

✔ Strong background in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation

✔ Excellent understanding of market pricing and construction costs

✔ Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection systems, buildings, and site infrastructure projects

✔ Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary design teams

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs from design drawings

• Developing and validating BOQs

• Cost estimation and market analysis

• Reviewing MEP and Fire Protection design packages from a quantity and cost perspective

• Supporting budgeting and value engineering initiatives
